His guys outside are incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and always helping people like me that don't exactly know how to separate my stuff. They don't get mad when they help they just do it. Their prices are right, payout is fast, and again all the staff are wonderful people. I'd recommend this place to anyone turning in scrap metal. If your looking for competitive prices, quick drop off, friendly people, and a clean run facility this place is it. I won't go anywhere else anymore. The other places I've been the staff are cold, mean, and don't care they'll not help you and pay the lowest price they can and cheat you out of your money. I am a lead technician for a local hvac and low temp mechanical company…read more I sent one of our apprentices here with accumulated scrap from jobs because it was close in proximity and on a Saturday. They paid only for steel pricing because a small condensing unit and air handler had steel caging on the units. However, there was also some raw copper and motors that this place refused to separate and pay as such. We will not being any business with this company moving forward as this is complete laziness and a rip off. We normally use Deer Valley recycling located on I-17 and Deer Valley rd because they are honest and will weigh everything separately and pay accordingly. Also a lot less junkies with shopping carts etc at Deer Valley. Don't waste your time with revolutionized recycling, they will rip you off and treat you like a crack head.

Moving forward--current day still ride along for scrap recycling and this place by far has best prices, doesn't seem to be down with the "stolen catalytic converters" (ethics matter), and have their sh*t together on "who" they are dealing with. We called them up immediately to get pricing, availability, answering questions, providing our inventory list, timeframe of move & so much more. The customer service over the phone & prompts of responses from our emails were amazing. On the day of our move we had a 3 men total to move all our belongings into a 26 inch moving truck. They were polite, respectful, handled our furniture & boxes w/ care & were quick. We do not recall our mover's name; 1 young man was short, very strong, organized, because we were impressed how he carried our heavy items w/ no problems. He told us he have been a mover all is life & definitely could tell. If any assistance was needed the other 2 mover's would call him over & or check in w/ another to ensure our was done properly. We will definitely recommend Pinks moving for moving services to all. Plus; you do not have to put a deposit down & can cancel your service w/o penalty. The company do not disconnect washer's or dryers so you would have to make sure that's completed ahead of time & hook them back up. A tip: ask for 1st time customer or home buying discount & if you pay w/ cash you would avoid the 5% credit card fee.

It took their two professional movers, with me assisting, 4 and a half hours to move a 1 bedroom apartment!! Because it took so long, I was charged almost $1,100. And they didn't even get everything in the apartment because I had to rush them as I knew I'd be charged a fortune if I didn't. They even had the nerve to mention getting tipped a few times throughout the process. I will never use this company again and I will make it my job to make sure no one else does either.
