My son was moving to St Louis with short notice from his employer and need a home fast - in fact he had to find a house over one weekend. After traveling to St. Louis for our weekend home search, our previous realtor, at the last minute, was suddenly unavailable. We were panicked to say the least. So, we gave Dan a call late on that Friday night and he hopped into action early Saturday morning. He was a godsend!
