I highly suggest scheduling early mornings because by the evening, traffic around Aventura is horrrrible. Convenient parking garage right next to the building, easy access and short walking distance. As you enter the waiting room, it's decorated in a kid friendly space type of decor. Staff prompt and helpful. I have not experienced the waiting time so I have no comment about that at this time but hopefully I don't have to experience that too often. During the prenatal visit, the nurse took me on a tour of the office, they also have their own lab so any tests they need to do is right there which is convenient and i don't have to go anywhere else. Dr. Gallego was very informative of what I will be expecting for my next visits after the birth and the after hours they have and locations I can go too.so far, I was convinced that taking my child here will be a good fit as far as having the care she needs from her pediatrician.

You pay amount they demand and then theyt tell you that another invoice has "popped up" from a year or so ago. On that basis they deny service to your child. What they are doing should be illegal. Upon my…read moreobservation during our first visit, I'm a bit concerned about sanitation of the clinic, as I had to ask the nurse to sanitize a room after another family had just left out. This bothers me because we're clearly in a whole pandemic and taking necessary precautions to make sure it doesn't spread (which means sanitizing after each patient visits) is imperative. The office is a bit noisy too. The receptionist has to push around chairs that scrubs the floor, the doors shut heavy making a loud boom sound every time you close one (startled my baby). The hallway space is small and they are asking that patients wait in the hallway... this would be idea if the hallway was bigger and allowed for social distancing. I was very uncomfortable having my newborn wait in a hallway as people brushed passed us due to the limited space. I think they should have patients wait in their cars if they are not ready for them at their appointment time. They also appear to be short of staff, every time I call I'm put on hold for a long time, I mentioned to the receptionists the second time it happened... all they can do is apologize... I accept that... for now... We will be back soon for a follow up, I like Dr. Williams and hopefully my concerns are addressed

I absolutely love this doctor and how compassionate, knowledgeable and caring he is! He goes above and beyond when needed as well. The office staff is eager to help when any issues arise. Whether is it paperwork related or anything else - they aim to please and assist their patients throughly. I can't say enough about the front office manager Maybol. Her customer Service is outstanding. She truly cares and always follows through. I am confident in their expertise and that I can depend on them when it comes to my child's medical care.
