Decided to give this place a try on a Saturday afternoon. Nice big place- lots of recliners to sit back smoke,relax, and chill. Humidor had a decent selection to choose from. Cutters and torch's everywhere. Drinks, coffee etc available as well..A few locals sat and chatted and one found us and we sat and chatted til closing (7:00). We will be back! read more

I walked in to Roz's Cigar shop to purchase cigars in Ocala, Florida which I have been going to for 18 months. The owner mike told me that he hates people and that he himself is is an A-hole. I was shocked that an owner would say something like that to a customer that he himself is an A-hole. He raised his voice to me and was shaking. His head was shaking back and forth while he talked down to me and belittled /bullied me like he is some big shot. He was extremely threatening. This was not the first time. I brought several other new customers to visit in the past all which have never returned. All the customers were beside themselves regarding his behavior in a customer service business. He told me he has customers that spend $1100 every week and I'm not worth his time. Almost every customer I see in the back of the store talks about his horrible attitude. They say they basically hang out because there are no other cigar shops around other wise they would leave. All customers are afraid to confront him. What a great opportunity to open a new cigar shop!!! Customers have complained to me about is narcissistic attitude an absolute rudeness. His only employee is absolutely wonderful. I have receipts showing I have spent thousands of dollars at his shop I will post. Mike also did not return my locker money that I paid for the next six months which I may consider filing a small claims suit. I will never attend his shop again. My part in this is that I responded to his threats by reacting and had words with him back. I should have kept my mouth shut but he has bullied to many people and I had enough. read more

Drove from Gainesville after a few recommendations and beyond exceeded our expectations expectations. The store is beautiful and cigar lovers will immediately be impressed by the layout, the collection of rare and old cigar memorabilia which must have taken a long time to collect, and the display cases were incredible. The lounge is more comfortable than most homes are and laid out perfectly. There is plenty of seating, a dart board, a pool table and plenty of tvs. The cigar selection is one of the best I have ever seen with great prices. They carry everything from flavored cigars to extremely rare and sought after ones, all at consumer friendly prices. The best part was how welcoming and friendly the owner Mike was and he was so kind and gave my father and I a tour which was awesome. The other people there were so great as well, and you can tell that Mike really has a great group of regulars who we also sat with along with Mike. There is not enough words to describe how wonderful the people and place is. If you are a new cigar smoker, or a seasoned vet like my father and I, you will be blown away. This is a must visit all around. We got there early so we didn't have any beer but I noticed a great beer selection of craft beers. read more

As an avid cigar smoker, I have visited numerous cigar shops in the south east United States. I am so grateful that the closest to home is Roz's. Their humidor has not only a large selection of legacy brands such as Arturo Fuente or Padron, but also has a great selection of boutique brands as well. I have found some truly rare unicorn cigars hidden on the shelves here. Mike is a fantastic guy and so it Robert. This shop is a major hub for Cigars for Warriors and the Monday night crew made up of local cigar smokers has packaged and shipped hundreds of thousands of cigars from this little storefront to our troops. Just moved to Ocala, looked for a cigar store in the area and found Roz on the internet.Thought Iwould check it out since it was near my new home. It was easy to find and parking was easy. Walk into the store and was immediately met by a friendly greeting from "Mike", the owner. Looking around was very impressed by the layout and comfortable setting in the rear of the store. Mike showed me around inside the ample humidor and pointed out some selections I asked about. Humidor was well stocked with a good variety. All in all, a very pleasant experience.
