We stopped in to pick up some cigars. Hubs has been here before but this was my first time. I will first say, it is a great place if you smoke tobacco and other green stuff because they had a massive variety of pipes, bowls, bongs, and papers. The store is pretty massive in size as well so it can be overwhelming. The cigar selection was more vast than I expected. They actually carried good cigars. Not like top notch brands but ones that can be enjoyable. The prices were relatively decent. I was not expecting that. The reason we visited here was because it was Sunday and the store we usually purchase cigars from is closed on Sundays. The staff were very friendly and personable. We were offered assistance if necessary. To put it bluntly (no pun lol), they were cool as shit. While hubs went to the register and paid, I browsed the rest of the store. My smoking days are long gone but it was neat to see all the supplies they carry. This place is definitely worth visiting. read more

Sold me vape juice that expired 4 months ago. Humble banana bread. Also- it was higher PG than VG? Tasted horrifying. Ruined coil. Wasted money. Super irritating when you can't refund, prove it, get store credit, or ANYTHING, even with receipt if you've left the store. Should make a policy to check your bottles before checkout .. Went to XFusion who had never heard of humble being higher in PG than VG. Was it even real juice? Ingredients right in the package say PG,VG, flavors etc. 50-50 is humbles salt nic salt ratio and this is not nic salt - this information is on Humble's website... If I was able to do 0 I would, as soon as I walked in I was welcomed In by a child about 5y/o running about to bump into me, very loud setting. When it should be a professional work environment not a daycare or a hook up spot for the employees. I've never had a bad experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. Great selection of products. Plenty of stuff available on clearance for those complaining about price on here. Also, I don't think I would buy anything at a smoke shop that accepts returns. Kinda gross lol. That's policy for a reason folks... Also the pup is cute as hell. read more

I used to like this shop, I buy fumes and cigars all the time it's closest to my house, I walked in yesterday at 6pm and bought a disposable, this morning the coil burnt out on me and the owner had the nerve to tell me to check it before I left.. yet any other fume I've bought lasts at least 3 days before it dies, if I recharge it it'll last another 3 days before it burned the coil out, they over charge for rolling trays and only care about what they can get from customers they don't care if the customer is happy read more

I have been shopping here for about 6 years and i consider it the only place to go for any type of smoking/vaping/whatever you may need to start something new or to stock up on your favorites. Be it loose tobacco incense,CBD items, i have yet to want something and they not have it. I went in new to concentrates. The awesome young lady there (im 66 yrs old) taught me and showed me the different options available and helped me build exactly what i needed. DO NOT SHOP HERE. I will start by saying the employees are generally acceptable, the owner and his wife are complete crooks. They sell almost all counterfeit products, which is disgusting since the glassblower that make the real thing are from the USA. They have a "all sales are final" policy that is a joke. I bought a piece from them that didn't fit my pipe and literally walked to my car to see if it would fit and came back in to tell them it didn't work. I didn't want my money back I simply wanted to exchange the piece and the would not do it. This shop is overrated and way overpriced. read more

DO NOT buy anything here! we went in an bought an E cig battery..which they said was a great battery and the company had great customer service..we spent $70.00 on battery n $20.00 on a tank..well 6 days later the battery broke it completely stopped working...went back to see if they would replace it...had our receipt..and they remembered us..they said they have all sales final..only a 3 day return policy..to contact the company..well we did that it.. took2 weeks to get an e-mail back from company..they sa. They had a 90 day warranty threw the distributor and see if they would replace it an andsendit back to them for our convenience..well the owner/manager said pretty much sorry cant do that store policy..well this was a bunk battery which isn't our fault that we paid good money for at YOUR SHOP..and what crappy customer service and u would think loosing a loyal customer whom also has many people that smoke ecigs and would bring more business would be worth exchanging the battery..not to mention that we cant afford a new battery at the moment.. andhas resulted in smoking nasty cigarettes again until this companyin China might I add decides they want to handle gettingback to n now we have send it back andwait however long to get another one!!!!
