I selected the shop for some recent brake/suspension work on my 2000 Ford Mustang mainly due to convenience as it's within walking distance from work. I couldn't have made a better choice however. The shop owner himself (ok, forget the first name at the moment, but "Mr. Persa") answers the phone for the most part and obviously is completely involved in the day to day operations. They promptly diagnosed the problem, were upfront about the costs with zero surprises later, and had it all fixed the same day. (Pretty fair amount of work - front brakes/calipers/rotors/wheel bearing assemblies.) All old parts were kept for my inspection. As you'd expect (and is not entirely unwelcome) they did suggest some new hoses/belts as the car is 13 years old, but were completely relaxed and no-pressure when I said I do that work myself. In fact I'd be awarding 5/5 except for two minor, but real, annoyances: #1, they put a license plate frame advertising the shop on my car without my consent (or even noticing for a few days) and while they were courteous in general in terms of keeping the car clean (paper mat on floor and so on) there was a STRONG cigar smell in the car. I'm not even particularly sensitive to it, but it was strong and unmistakable. POSSIBLY just whoever drove the car was a heavy cigar smoker and just had the smell on their clothing, but the strength of the odor really makes me think they were smoking in the car. That might really annoy some people far more than me... So, all in all very highly recommended. Those two things did not affect in any way the quality of work or the friendly, personal nature of the business.
