We had a private room, which allowed the children to interact and play together. They started off with tattoos and coloring while kids were brought to another area to make teddy bears in groups of four or five. Lately, you go to a birthday party, and the kids are all just running off on their own and not playing together. Here, the activities got the children to play together, which I find so important. It was absolutely awesome! I also liked the quality of the teddy bears, clothing, and backpacks the kids got. I also can't say enough nice things about the service and staff. They were incredibly helpful in every possible way and accommodating. From the moment we walked in everything just worked seamlessly. There's also such a calm vibe that it is pleasant for the parents hanging out. The party area is open and spacious so everyone felt very comfortable. About three different families that participated in our party liked it so much that they're looking to do their kids party there as well. This place deserves even more than five stars... I don't think I've ever said that in a review!

My dog was having behavioral changes in energy and we were concerned about this. They ran some tests and said there was something wrong with his heart so they couldnt do an xray fearing it could harm him. They gave us some medication and there were no changes, until my brother's gf at the time who is a vet said it made no sense, and urged us to take him to westwood. They did all of the tests and it turned out he had sarcoma in his lungs- the heart was perfectly healthy. They had missed CANCER IN HIS LUNGS because they guessed a diagnosis that had no evidence (literally westwood rechecked his heart and everything was perfectly normal) and didnt take the time of day to look any further. We had a few good months with him after since he was being treated, but I just know that if they originally caught it instead of making assumptions and refusing tests, they would have caught it earlier and we could have had much more time with cooper. At the same time this was happening, we went several times with my cat with concerns that she was urinating frequently out of the litter box. She would literally stare at me in the eyes while peeing on my bed begging for help. They chose not to run any blood tests and instead chalked it up to anxiety every time we went saying the anti-anxiety meds werent helping. Suddenly she stopped eating and drinking, and because we had gone through what we did with cooper, we took her to westwood as well. They ran tests and immediately saw kidney failure and evidence that she had been diabetic for years. YEARS. Her behavior was not anxiety but diabetes, which if caught prior to kidney failure, her death could have been something completely avoidable and I would have gotten a few more good years with my childhood cat that meant everything to me. They are responsible for the death of my cat honey, and they are responsible for keeping my dog in pain while undiagnosed and shortening his lifespan as well. I rememebr I passed by the doctor in the parking lot at one point and told him about cooper passing and what he actually had, and he still refused to see it as true, saying "theres no way they would know its sarcoma". Please, for the sake of your pets, do not go here. They are evil and lack compassion for both you and your pets. They just care about the money and not the actual animals they treat. THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE EARLY DEATHS OF BOTH MY DOG AND CAT. I attached pictures here of the angels that I lost BECAUSE OF THEM, and I urge you to not bring any of your pets here.
