She actually called and fought with the insurance company to get us into a rental car. She offered to fax the police report to the insurance company for us. She was super friendly and great in customer service. We took our car to this shop because the tow truck driver recommended it. They fixed our car very quickly which I appreciate. And they have a life time warranty on their work (thank God because I had to take it back). When I picked up my car it initially looked fantastic! I was hit on my passenger side. So I get into the car though and my drivers seat cover had been removed and there was a rip in the seat. When I confronted them about it they calmed it was "dry rot" caused by the sun. Which I don't believe because that's why I had a cover on it! So I asked why the cover was removed and they stated it must have slipped off. Again I don't believe that either as the cover clips under neath the seat, meaning it would have had to be manually removed. This was just a losing battle to begin with. When I went to open my passenger door it was catching on the side fender. When I took it back to get fixed the guy I talked to on the phone seemed really annoyed. Not good customer service. Don't get annoyed at me that you didn't fix my car right. You offer a life time warrenty. So either fix it right the first time or do it again. When I actually went into the shop though the guy offered to fix if right there on the spot. He said he was a quick fix and had me on my way fairly quickly. Not sure that I would return again, just because the fact that if you're going to act like I'm a burden I'll take my money else where. 3 stars. Not terrible service. But definitely could improve.

Instead of realizing the tint would fail it, they made sure to do complete inspection then call us to say it failed and charge us the $74. If you cannot take one look at a vehicle and immediately know that it's gonna fail because of tint, I will assume you're uneducated or trying to rip people off. We will not be returning to EAC.

Thankfully, the mechanic was an honest, intelligent person who was able to fix all the issues with a singular approach. After seeing what could have been charged, I was so happy to see the bill was affordable!! They didn't try to upsell services that weren't needed, such a welcomed surprise. So grateful to know that the work was done by a certified, professional mechanic! My first experience (somewhere else-locally) was abysmal. I was charged for the testing, told they couldn't tell me what the problem was. That's pretty insane to me, I didn't realize you had to ask "can you read codes, diagnose any issues and do any repairs needed?" I naively thought that's what all mechanics do. Back to the service received here, I am incredibly pleased! Professional, friendly, honest, capable mechanics and staff. Will be bringing my van there tomorrow for the same reason. 100% recommend
