Their mistakes cost me twice--once for their sloppy work, and again to have a real shop fix it…read more Don't fall for the cheaper price. You'll pay for it later. Last March, I went to Hetrick's for a rear rattle (likely a shock mount) and a locking brake. They replaced the shocks--wrong fix--and didn't touch the actual problem. The noise never fully went away. For the brakes, they just added lubricant, which only worked for a few months. To top it off, the new shocks were installed incorrectly and are now shot. $500+ wasted to them, plus hundreds more today to replace their work.

I dont get that vibe here. The workers are pleasant and the prices seem fair. They even offer to drive you to where you are going if you don't have a ride/can't wait for the car to be serviced. Definitely recommend.
