Within five minutes of arriving, we heard what sounded like a toilet flush--but didn't think much of it. Moments later, water started pouring from upstairs, flooding the bathroom and flowing down the stairs.Total panic set in. We had no idea how to shut off the water and scrambled to find help. It was a Sunday, and after calling nearly 20 plumbers, Cook's Plumbing was the only one who answered. Not only did they respond--Ryan, the owner, and his wonderful wife Shannon drove two hours to come help us. Ryan quickly shut off the water and returned the next day with the part needed to complete the repair. Their kindness, professionalism, and urgency were beyond anything I've experienced.
