He spoke to my home warranty, who then denied the claim as well because of something to do with my main line; which I was not having issues with. Once Adam told me he couldn't help me (multiple times), he stated he could "courtesy" run a snake down the washer drain but told me if something failed, I would be paying hundreds to thousands of dollars, out of my own pocket. Adam also told me how my area of service was way out of his area, like I was being an inconvenience to him and his day. Adam also stated he had his own plumbing business and stated he charged way more that what I am expected to pay with Dispatch Home Services. After Adam left, I contacted my home warranty company and discussed the situation with them once again.
