The contract required me to pay 50% of the total. No work has been done. I have called and txt just to be sent to voicemail and or have no response. I did get a response the prior week after I called back to back he answered the phone as if I was bothering him and told me it would be done the next day. That was Tuesday it's Saturday. I called and txt today just to be sent back to voicemail. From May 25, to July 28 no work has been done and no transparency or communication on this in which leads me no other reason but to consider him a scammer.

It wasn't the cheapest option but they seemed most professional and competent, which was important as this job could have damaged our roof if not done correctly.
