So thanks for that! They still have not responded to my multiple of emails nor provided a copy of their certificate of insurance. I spoke with Oscar, who's apparently the translator for his boss I guess and he tried to swindle me AND TELL ME HE DOESN'T KNOW WHY THEY SHOWED UP TO THE THIS MORNING TO DO THE REPAIR. AS IF HE WASN'T THE ONE WHO I TOLD THEY BETTER NOT GO TO HOUSE AND TOUCH ANYTHING. It was clearly an emergency situation and he was able to have a quote done quickly and a crew scheduled for that Friday morning. After everything was cleared out they put the big things back in place and left it as clean as you could want after felling a 150+ year old tree. It was really big.
