Web search supports this last perspective, but their last treatment made it worse. If you raise some red flags be careful if MR. CALDWELL comes out, because you do not want to interrupt him unless your willing to hear some poor customer service reaction in which he declares his years of experience over any questions that challenge their proposal or its justification.
