They are pretty doggone pushy about sales; I once looked at a bike in I think…read more2023 and got about 100 follow-up calls over the ensuing months telling me it would improve my life immeasurably, especially if I got a long list of accessories and outfits they recommended. Apparently they deemed my existing stuff as not being up to scratch. Their prices are quite a bit higher than can be found elsewhere. I don't see how that can work for long, given Google. You can basically take Performance Bike prices and increase them ~15%. Most LBSs cost a little more than mail-order, but only slightly. I don't know, I just found them to be a little skeevy in terms of salesmen and spewing BS. That being said, their mechanics are quite good and they have done tidy work on my bikes (unfortunately modern ones are way way beyond my skill level to work on).
