We…read morefirst spoke on the phone on March 27th because I came across a Groupon deal at a fantastic price for a facial (less than half the price - I LOVE GROUPON FOR THIS). She was so bubbly and energetic and kind over the phone. I told her I wanted to book the facial for my birthday and mentioned purchasing on Groupon, she told me NOT to, just book through her and she'll honor the Groupon price since Groupon takes percentages of their sales from them. She then charged me 50% of the groupon price for my facial since they charge 50% upon booking and the remaining 50% on the day of the services. Fast forward about three or four weeks later to the day of my service..... I go to check out with Becca who did my facial and was being charged the original price of the facial NOT the Groupon price ($190 MORE). Now I'm not gonna get to the nitty gritty and go word for word of my exchanges between Becca or with Faith but what I can say is.. thanks to Faith I will NEVER return here again! She was SO SO SO SO SO RUDE and SOOOOOO condescending. She kept saying 'This is how much the facial is, the groupon deal is A CRAZY discount' (I know that's why I was purchasing on Groupon????). I brought up the original receipt she charged me on the day I booked the facial, which was 50% of the total price $36.06, meaning on the day of my facial Id pay the other 50%.... $36.06 but she kept trying to charge me $190 and saying 'I'm getting a really good deal' and that 'Groupon wouldn't charge this' .. even though I had the literal receipt from Groupon showing the price being $72.13........ and the words that really stuck with me the most from Faith were, '... well so what is it that you are looking to or wanting to pay...' as if I'm some broke person that can't afford the facial and am only looking to pay what I can afford?... Faith I'm literally paying for WHAT YOU AND I AGREED ON THE DAY OF SCHEDULING TO PAY?! I'm so confused as to why she's confused.. we literally spoke on the phone and she told me she'd honor the Groupon price.. which is exactly why that's 50% of what you charged me when I booked.. with the understanding I'm paying the other 50% OF THE GROUPON price on the day of my service. WHY DO YOU OFFER YOUR SERVICES ON GROUPON IF YOU ARE SOOOOOO MAD WHEN PEOPLE GO TO USE THEM . I literally would never go back here again just because of how rude, condescending, and insulting Faith was!! Go literally anywhere else!!!!

They called stating that a different name was submitted under the form, but called with indeed the CORRECT information and did not provide a reason as to why. They resent the form and we did it again. I then get a text that our appointments were cancelled. No communication about this on the previous phone call. I called to find out what happened, and the customer service was shocking. Since this was very clearly a system error, we explained that they called with the correct name, email, and phone number- so how could they have "incorrect information"? They chose not to address this. She said the owner was next to her, I requested to speak with the owner instead and then the receptionist stated she was prepping for interviews. So she wasn't right next to you? I attempted to explain how this was a system error, but I cannot stress enough how much they did not care to help us. No request to reschedule, reinstate or anything. Very poor customer service, very poor booking. I will ensure to never recommend this.
