I think I'm finally done with this place after several terrible waxes in a row…read more I always say to please keep my brows naturally thick and when I leave, my eyebrows are always weirdly thin and not shaped like anyone currently wears their brows. I have the 90s cigarette mom brows now! It looks awful on my face. The past couple of times I've also had waxers who wax over the same brow area 2-3 times and it wrecks my sensitive skin. I'm no expert but I know this is a no-no for your skin. My last visit the waxer was complaining the entire time about the other waxers and how dirty they left the rooms (yikes?) This visit my waxer was very nice, I just don't like the results. They've also started such aggressive upselling even after you say no. Last time the front desk lady was literally so rude to me after I said I wanted to wait to rebook. This time at least it was a different lady and she was nice but 3-4 different offers after I say no is a lot. $36 for brows I just gotta wait to grow out again right before the holidays is a lot. I'm headed back to Elixir I guess -- also expensive and slower service and more chatty which isn't my fave, but I feel like my brows look okay when I leave.
