I had sent in my linkedin profile as well as resume prior to the meeting so Tim had the time to review my profile. Right off the bat, Tim went straight into commenting on my resume, pointing out a few things that stood out to him. After inquiring about the type of jobs I was looking for, he then proceeded to make a few suggestions on how I can better present my resume while emailing me several resume samples and templates as guidance. I walked out of our first meeting feeling more supported than ever. nada profesionales, en mi caso me dieron un trabajo de warehouse en una empresa y cuando me…read morecontrataron me dijeron un precio (16/hora) y ya cuando me fueron a pagar salieron con otra cosa (12,50/hora). en mi desconocimiento no me di cuenta de una vez, pensé que habían sido mucho dinero en taxes que habían quitado, pero cuando le pedí el formulario w2 para hacer mis Taxes ahí me di cuenta de todo y fui a hacer el reclamo y lo que me dijeron en primera instancia fue que dije muy tarde y después de dos meses no pueden hacer nada, luego se comunicaron con una "ENCARGADA" (de la fábrica donde trabajé) y según ella me había dicho que era a 12,50/hora y que me había dicho ella misma, cosa que es totalmente falso. y me dicen que no pueden hacer nada si no tengo pruebas de que me habían dicho que a 16/hora. A 2 amigos también les ofrecieron a ese precio el día que fuimos a aplicar; les proporciono la foto donde dice claramente que a 16/hora y luego salieron que justamente hasta un día antes de que yo comenzara a trabajar se terminó la jornada de 16/hora cuando en la foto claramente sale que la jornada se terminaba poco más de una semana después de que yo comenzara, Deja mucho que pensar el poco profesionalmismo que tienen a la hora de resolver este tipo de inconvenientes. y la manera tan déspota en la que te hablan (solo la supuesta encargada). teniendo en cuenta también que a la hora que te hacen el registro en su sistema te preguntan que si cuanto es lo mínimo que deseas ganar, y mi respuesta a esa pregunta fue a 16/hora.
