I understood that I needed to give a 48-hour cancellation to not have to pay. I understood that to mean 48 hours prior to my reserved departure. It turns out that the cancellation had to be 48 hours AFTER Making the Reservation, not 48 hours BEFORE my reservation. There was no inconvenience to this company for my 48-hour cancellation prior to my reservation. I cancelled on-line and called to cancel more than 48 hours PRIOR to my reservation. I left a message when I called. I was charged $51.50 for a ride I never took with plenty of time prior to my reservation and no inconvenience to the company/driver. A VERY POOR POLICY AND VERY DECEPTIVE in my opinion. They reasoned that airlines require changes/cancellations 48 hours AFTER reservations are made and therefore that is their policy. They are not a commercial airline. I will not recommend nor use this Shuttle Service in the future. BEWARE.

This way you don't have to pay for parking or worry about finding parking in downtown Denver. There's signage telling you how to ride, the schedule for the different lines, and the ticket kiosk and the ticket validation machine next to the tracks.

I had previously paid via paypal online, which included tip which was great. I had asked if I could stop at the grocery store to pick up a few things and he was more than willing, said to take my time. He picked me right back up at the door and helped me and my bag into the hotel. He even drove by the office I was to walk to from the hotel to show me where I needed to go the next morning. Communication was great - always on time. He picked me up at the end of my week at the office, with my bag from the hotel and ready to go. I would highly recommend JP.
