We rented a party bus for our boss's retirement. This was on her bucket list and her first time on a party bus (and mine). The bus was nice, comfortable, and clean. We had a blast going around to different favorite spots and not worrying about a thing. After we were dropped off and home, the boss texted our group chat, "Best. Night. EVER!" Our experience was fantastic. The only thing I'd suggest is the size and seating capacity description. We had a 40 person (max) bus. Originally 38 people had planned to go, but several dropped out that day and we were down to 31. If we had 38 I'm not sure we would all fit and if we did it would not have been a comfortable ride. The company, after we agreed on the price and gave a credit card to confirm the details, sent us a confirmation. 12 minutes after receiving the confirmation the company cancelled our agreed upon contract and tried to get almost 200 dollars more. WE HAD A PERFECT and AMAZING EXPERIENCE. We had a larger party, too big for an app ride company, coming in for a wedding. I ordered a limo to get to and from the airport for five of us. First, the office staff made it so easy. Second, the airline (I love the airline, so I cannot fault them - it's still a pandemic) changed our flight times multiple times. The staff at 24/7 was so nice about it. Third, they came when they said they would and with an extremely nice, very comfortable, very clean, very new huge SUV that was plenty big for the group and such a comfortable ride in. What a treat after flying...and the price was the same, or maybe even cheaper, the cars we would have had to get from say Lyft. (We used Lyft the entire time we were in Denver, so no shade there.) Going back to the airport on the return was just as terrific. Great drivers, very friendly and easy to work with. Overall I just cannot say enough good things about this experience and should we find ourselves in Denver again, or have need to recommend a service for airport transport, I would highly recommend Denver 24/7. This review is of a driver employed by Denver 24/7. His name, David. My complaints go further than the driver, I'm also extremely disappointed by the employee who took my call after being traumatized and dropped off by David . Our pick up was scheduled at the Denver Airport Dec 27,2022 . Our direct flight was delayed. The driver was following the flight arrival and was waiting for us outside. We quickly loaded my family of 5 into the "executive SUV" . My husband opted to sit up front as a snowboard extended into the third row seat. David the driver exceeded the speed limit sometimes traveling as high as 85 mi per hour, he aggressively signaled cars with high beams to get out of his way, rode the cars bumpers and was changing lanes erratically. I asked him to slow down, I mentioned being car sick (due to the way he was driving) , David dismissed my comments and mentioned I probably had altitude sickness. Minutes after this we almost lost our lives. David was speeding into a slight inclined turn in the road. HE HAD TO SWERVE OFF OF THE ROAD, ON TO THE BURM TO AVOID REAR ENDING STOPPED VEHICLES IN FRONT OF US. It was snowing and we were approaching a tunnel near Breck. This wreckless driver should have expected the tunnel traffic . I sternly said "that's enough" "I'd like for my family to arrive alive - slow down". My husband said, "PLEASE" David NEVER APOLOGIZED OR ACKNOWLEDGED MY OR MY HUSBANDS COMMENTS OR THAT HE ALMOST WRECKED, He continued to drive above the speed limit in inclement weather but was controlled by the flow of traffic entering the town of Breckenridge. When he pulled into the driveway of our rental, my husband and sons quickly retrieved our luggage and as soon as I entered the condo, I called Denver 24/7 to report the driver. My call was met with a tone of disbelief then I was told to hold the line for a manager. I wish I would have gotten the man's name. He NEVER APOLOGIZED for what we just endured and in my opinion blew me off by saying " I will make note of this". Because we were scheduled to be picked up by Denver 24/7 on New Years Day to be driven to the airport, I specifically requested that DAVID not be assigned as our driver . I was assured he would not be . Fast forward to New Years Eve, I took a phone call from someone at Denver 24/7 who wanted to confirm our pick up. I again mentioned that we didn't want David as a driver. The man i was speaking to seemed concerned , said he would "put the request in". But also said it was not noted anywhere. He said he was sorry. But quickly moved to mention that we would be charged 50$ extra for an "early" morning pickup. During the confirmation call, the company moved our pickup time to 5:30am. It was originally scheduled for 7am for a 1030 flight out of Denver. At 5:30 am , Steve picked us up and drive us to the airport . We arrived 3 hrs before our flight. He was personable and polite. He did take both of his hands off the wheel at the same time , twice! . It was really odd. He put his hands together at the finger tips briefly, then took the wheel again. He was driving 70-75 mi per hr when he did this . I AM FOR SURE NEVER USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN. I am also sure that my complaints fell on deaf ears because I am from out of town. A tourist . I found two other company's willing to do the 5 hour trip I booked with 24/7 for half the price( $500) much less but 24/7 had me locked into a contract for just shy of $1000 and I couldn't get out of the contract without losing all my money. Probably won't sign a contract in future with any cad company. It's my bad though, I didn't do my price shopping until after I had signed the contract and was within 5 days of our trip. A huge thank you to Denver 24/7 Limo for great transportation during snowy weather. My travel agent screwed up my original transportation via Epic Mountain Express which left me with no transportation to Vail 24 hours before my departure and with a snowstorm rolling into Denver. When I originally called off their Google ad, Vanessa answered the phone. She was awesome and very calming while I was stressed. She immediately booked be into an awesome 12 passenger Sprinter Van with a CDL licensed driver named Chris. IMPORTANTLY, the price for Denver 24/7 Limo was similar to Epic Mountain Express but we were in a Custom Sprinter Van and it was a private ride versus a group transport. Awesome!! From the time we landed, the Chris communicated with me every 10-15 minutes. He picked us up perfectly on time and drove expertly through difficult driving conditions. I specifically requested Chris for my return trip which also, coincidentally, took place in a snowstorm. Chris communicated me frequently even as he was delayed in arriving because the Eisenhower Tunnel was closed. Again, it gave me peace of mind. He found an alternate route and arrived just 10 minutes late even in the snowstorm. He drove expertly and safely on the several hour drive back to Denver. I rarely write Yelp reviews and, when I do, they are frequently bad reviews. But my experience with this company was so outstanding, I wanted to write.
