Nathan and his crew helped me when I was stranded on the side of the road, Brad a service tech there pulled up beside me and offered me a hand to their shop, as i was stranded on the side of County 7 . From there the family took care of me while I was also not familiar with the area, it was Friday evening before Labor day weekend and they took my Truck , which just decided to stop driving and assure me they would take good care of it for me over labor day weekend. They communicated with me throughout the entire ordeal, checked over everything, took care of the issue they caught & had it ready by that Tuesday. I said again I'm not from that area, but just from telling some friends from my area this story (Rush NY) they have decided to take their vehicles there for maintenance. I walked in two minutes early, and Melody the desk was very taken back and told me that she was not open in a very rough attitude. I proceeded to tell her that I had an appointment in two minutes that I made online. She told me that there was no appointments for me at 7:30 but she doesn't have anyone that comes in until 9 o'clock that even remotely able to help me. That was not her problem that it was corporate's problem and tough luck. I mean there was a bit of words exchanged, and I tried to stay as quiet as I could, but I ended up leaving and going to O'Connor Automotive in Palmyra, New York. He was friendly and asked me if he could help me with anything ? I explained the problems I was having and he took my car right in to his service bay were he and his service technician spent some time inspecting it. After about ten minutes they informed me that I had a bad alternator and they could replace it that afternoon. I was fine with that, so he called and order the part that I needed then installed it and was finished in less than a hour. I was happy with the outcome and the price I paid. Mr. Havert was friendly during the entire transaction and kept me informed during the entire transaction. If you need car repairs and want to deal with a fair and experienced mechanic.
