I requested an engine compression test, and was told it would involve more time, which was fine. What I received: 10 photos of the undercarriage and two lines about the seller being old and needing to sell. No start. No compression test. No other photos. No evidence anything else had been examined. They don't follow up.....and they just don't show any value in communicating with their customers. For the second time in a year and a half I have had a car sit waiting for service for no reason whatsoever for weeks at a time. I'm on week 4 and they don't update you as promised (EVER). It doesn't matter to them that they can let a customer have their vehicle and bring it in when they are ready (with part of the time to do it) they think its ok for someone to have a car sit on their lot just to be in line to get work done. Absolute BS and to have no idea when or if its going to end without being the one to make call after call is a joke.
