Danita is patient, kind, funny and incredibly organized. Pilates really works parts of the body you never even thought were there. I like that Dominique pays attention to detail, such as my alignment and form when going through different moves and exercises...Basically things I never pay attention to but should. I have two more sessions left and after those I'm looking into trying classes also, especially the mat classes she plans on adding in the new year. I would definitely recommend RPS to anyone who wants to try Pilates under proper instruction.

I've been to a few classes here - like Arlington, it depends on who your instructor is but I'd say I like the Arlington instructors better. That said, many teach here, too, so you can catch them. Also, there have rarely been waitlists at this location for classes compared to Arlington which is now seemingly always full. The showers here feel super small and I'm not sure if the saunas are co-ed or not. The locker room set-up is odd and I didn't want to risk being seen naked by entering into a sauna where men could also go. I'll explore next time I'm clothed. Parking is free when validated but is usually pretty easy. I think the manager who worked there last year and was a nightmare is gone, so everyone I interacted with was super nice.

I tired easily and walked with a limp. After 6 months of Pilates twice a week, I have no pain and can walk like I did when I was younger. Jodi is the teacher I use. She has helped me a lot because she started slow with what I could do and I built up strength and flexibility over time. She would also tailor our workouts to how I was feeling that day. She knew what areas needed strengthening and what exercises to recommend. It is not an exaggeration to say taking her classes have changed my outlook on life. Not recommended. EDIT: Responding to the owner below, Groupon was purchased over 2 months ago and I waited for reformer classes schedule for over a month and not one available. I think this was reasonable wait period. As for the relocation out of this area (something out of my hand), I was offered 1 reformer private session (in place of 5 group sessions) as substitute, but wasn't made aware of $45 additional fees on top of groupon I had already purchased (I should have asked). Overall, not a pleasant experience.
