I think this was reasonable wait period. As for the relocation out of this area (something out of my hand), I was offered 1 reformer private session (in place of 5 group sessions) as substitute, but wasn't made aware of $45 additional fees on top of groupon I had already purchased (I should have asked). Overall, not a pleasant experience.

I came across this place when I searched for hot yoga…read more I tried Inferno Strength with Juju and Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt. I wasn't really sure what to expect for either class. Inferno Strength: This was my first heated lifting class. Luckily we weren't using heavy weights, not sure I'd want to sweat when lifting heavy!!! The max weight was maybe 20lbs? 25 lbs? I definitely enjoyed the class. There were a lot of bilateral and unilateral moves using weights. In the last part of the class, we were able to do sets of our favorite exercise. Inferno Hot Pilates /Pilates Sculpt: The class started off on the floor, then standing up, so being in the back and the music loud, it was a little hard to follow along, but I improvised. Everyone was going at their own pace, so that made it a little harder to see/follow the instructor. There were a lot of bilateral and unilateral moves using light weights and the block. This class left me sore for the rest of the week, so definitely worth it! The signs are little confusing as some say they do not provide mats, but it looks like there were some available (packaged and not). Also, they say late comers won't be admitted, but a couple people showed up late for one of the classes. There is a separate weight lifting area, for separate lifting classes, which I would love to try. It looks like there are about 5 different classes offered and only one of each class each day. They provide toiletries in the bathroom and have combination lockers. There is parallel parking in front and a full parking lot in the back. Would I return? for sure!

I didn't think I'd last through the heat but somehow the instructors and my water bottle helped me push through the pain. Autumn was very funny with the yelling through the pain during the 5:30 am class (I was screaming inside during all the pulsing). I loved her energy. Shelly helped correct my form during Pilates and was so great with instructors and Sara was super encouraging and helped recommend the right weights for each exercise. Couldn't have asked for a better experience for my first time exercising in a million degrees. Overall, great gym with wonderful people and amazing instructors. My favorite part is the lavender towel in the end. I hope to take more classes when I'm in the area!

I signed up just about an hour before class, and when we arrived, they had a welcome board with our names written on it -- such a thoughtful touch that immediately made me feel at home. The staff and coaches were all super friendly and helpful, and the energy in the studio was great. I also couldn't help but notice that the amenities here looked even nicer than at my home location, which was a pleasant surprise. The workout itself was exactly what I expect from Orangetheory -- challenging but fun -- and the overall experience was so positive that I'd absolutely love to take another class here in the future.

I have been a member of several Crunch, Gold, and yoga gyms...as I love group classes. I need the…read moremotivation to keep me going, even if I don't want to work out....so, I love the 60 minute Orange Theory classes. One of my BFFs raved about this workout, but I was a bit intimidated by this so it took me a while to be brave enough to try it out....now I am a huge fan. It was a bit challenging as first, as I am not really used to working out this hard...but as the weeks go by, it is easier.. You start on either the treadmill or bike and then switch to floor/rowers. Each class is different so you never get bored. Each trainer has their own unique music selection and personality so you can try out different classes. Atmosphere - This gym is clean and simple. There is a muted orange lighting in a dark room with loud music, so you aren't really focused on other people, just on yourself. You can buy a $120 proprietary "Orange theory Burn band" that syncs to the Orange Theory app and the live screens during the class so you can track your heart rate through 5 different stages. (My high blood pressure meds won't let my heart rate get too high but I can definitely tell I am working - sweating and slightly out of breath!) There are two small showers that you can use afterwards and plenty of lockers to store your items during class. I love that the entire gym is "electronic free." For one hour, you can detox from your cell phone and have someone tell you exactly what to do! Service - The instructors are fabulous - especially Kit, Taylor, Kevin and Sylvia. Last week Kit dressed up as a pirate for the 7am Monday class and it was probably the best. workout. class. ever. She played a pirates of the caribbean theme music and it was awesome. Value- For $179 you can do unlimited classes, for $119 you can get 8 a month...so overall it's not a bad deal compared to other gyms in the area. For the value, it's worth it.....I know that I am getting in better shape and having fun while doing it! Pro tip: Bring a small towel and a water bottle to class. I also have cheap grippy weightlifting gloves to help me hold onto the weights and the rower handles when I get sweaty..

She makes the workout session fun and enjoyable, but also challenging. She is always introducing new exercises based on training sessions she attends and keeps the routines fresh and varied. Yurie was very kind, introducing herself and explaining the class to us before staring. She offered modifications throughout the class and as a first timer we followed well + felt comfortable. We received a follow up after about signing up for classes regularly but I explained we couldn't due to our schedules/distance and this was kindly responded to/respected which we appreciated too! Would definitely do another pop in/if my distance to the studio changes I'd definitely go regularly. The studio was clean and parking was easy too.

I have activated muscles that have been dormant for years! My posture and movement are sooooo much better--my dance instructor asked me what I've been doing!!!!

After years of loyal membership I finally am done. Booking classes is hard, the routines are random…read moreso you aren't targeting your muscle groups in a systematic way, and it's easy to have bad form without them noticing--which means you're ineffective or going to injure yourself, but the final straw was the poor customer service. If you need to pause your membership for any reason, you must give 14 days advance notice. So if you sprain your ankle, you're paying for half the month anyway. They will also only pause for two weeks max unless you provide them with a dr note. Like you're a child. They charge for no show and for late cancels, even when the county shuts down for snow. They once charged me a no show fee in error. I promptly let them know I was there. They told me they checked surveillance footage and didn't believe me (I'd used the wrong reformer). They seem to think they are a reform school and their clients are teenagers who are trying to cheat them. I'm too old to have this kind of hassle just to exercise haphazardly three days a week at whatever time slot they happen to have available. For my $ and time it would be better to lift weights.
