The 4 hour window they give you is squishy at best and really it is just a sales man that comes out to pressure you into buying the top of the line item and an outrageous quote.. then tells you, he can't fix it now, but someone will be out later. This time they didn't get there till after 4 PM on a friday and were still working at 11:30 PM that night. This is concerning to have strange men in her house to all hours of the night, in a part of the house that she is not physically able to get to. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair.
