The estimator/designer who came to my home for a consultation said that at most, it would take 8 weeks to complete the project. It actually took 10 weeks to complete the project. The estimator/designer provided an illustration of the accessories (i.e., cabinets and rack) ordered and flooring which showed the make and model of my vehicle parked in my garage with all accessories installed with what looked liked sufficient clearance for me to open/close my trunk. On the day of the installation, the installer informed me that I would not be able to park my vehicle and open/close my trunk in my garage with all accessories installed as depicted in the illustration that I was provided. When I spoke with the owner, he actually told me that there was nothing in the contract to state that I should be able to open/close my vehicle's trunk with all accessories installed. It never occurred to me that I should have to write that I should be able to open/close my trunk with accessories installed in the contract! Then, when I sent the owner the illustration that I was provided by his estimator/designer showing my vehicle in my garage with all accessories installed with clearance, the owner said that if I had a dispute with the estimator/designer, I should have a conversation with the estimator/designer. When I responded that the estimator/designer is a representative of the owner's company and therefore the owner is responsible, the owner was dismissive. The owner agreed to credit me for the rack and labor for the rack and cabinet that was not installed. But I had to pay the cost of a cabinet that I cannot use. I also had no way to verify that the credit was accurate because I never received a catalog indicating the prices of each accessory and had never received an itemized proposal showing the cost of each accessory and the associated labor. Rather, the proposal only showed lump sums. This branch is not transparent with costs and needless to say, I had a very poor customer experience. In summary, I would not recommend this branch of this company.

This is my follow up letter after my request for a repair was denied: Hi Shannon, To say I am disappointed with the response of Kitchen Saver is an understatement. You denied my request for the repair even before looking at the pictures. There is no way the bubbles laminate in the panel beneath the sink resulted from water. First, the bubbles are at the bottom and away from the water and protected by the overhanging counter. Second, if water caused this, then your workmen failed to caulk the seam with the sink. I believe you should replace the panel, which is only 36.5" x 6.5". But my greater disappointment is with Kitchen Saver itself. When I was considering purchasing from you, your salesperson assured me that you stood behind both your workmanship and your product. I was given the sales manager's card with contact information should I have a problem (which I have done with no response). Back then prior to purchase, I called the three references given me and the feedback was very positive concerning issues they experienced. In other words, I trusted Kitchen Saver to be good for its word. It is not -- and for that I am most surprised since I never, ever anticipated a problem getting the company to make such a minor repair. I hope that you will reconsider your decision and live up to the assurances you gave me when I first purchased a $38,000 kitchen renewal from you. Update: kitchen saver of Maryland has reached out to me and promised to replace the flawed panel. I will update this review once the panel has been replaced in 3-6 weeks.
