D'Fine Design and Build just finished our bathroom before the Thanksgiving holiday. The remodel started with the idea of moving the door to our bathroom. Sharon is amazing and addressed all of our wants for our remodel. She has an incredible sense of design and function, and helped us think through every detail, providing every available choice. Sharon was always responsive to our questions before and after the project started. She was on holiday for a few weeks during our renovation and still never missed a beat upon her return. Huge thanks to the Project Manager, Monica. I cannot say enough great things about her. She was responsive at all hours and always available via text. She was great at communicating next steps and what to expect each week, ensuring that things stayed on track, even if weekend or late evening work was necessary. Samuel and his team took care to keep our house as clean as possible throughout the construction, vacuuming and sweeping when they left every day. They were always respectful and considerate. At the end of the project, they even vacuumed after removing all of the supplies from the garage where they were stored. It should be noted that half way through the bathroom remodel we decided to have the floors in our dressing and bedroom areas leading to our bathroom redone, removing the carpet in one room and refinishing the hardwoods in another. That added on an additional week or so, but wow are they beautiful! Overall, this remodel changed our lives. It's like waking up in an entirely new space. It's light, airy and gorgeous! Sharon, Monica, and the team were all so great, it was like having new family members for a while. The results far surpassed our expectations. D'Fine Design & Build did a fantastic job with my Kitchen renovation. From start to finish; they were a pleasure to work with. The designing and planning with Sean (Consultant) was seamless, enjoyable and a breeze. No high pressure sales tactics. He made great suggestions during the entire process. He was knowledgeable, personable, friendly, and helpful. The work was done mostly by their excellent, and talented Project Manager, David, and his assistant Dublas. Their hard work and attention to detail was exceptional. They too made some excellent suggestions and guided me as to what was sometimes the industry standard for certain things. They kept me in the loop on everything they were doing, and asked multiple questions along the way about exactly what I wanted. With the exception of a couple of days, where I was notified in advance, they showed up on time, ready to work, and completed their scheduled tasks daily. After each day's work they followed up with me, and we discussed what was done, and what was expected to be done the following day. They implemented great housekeeping skills. Cleaning up as they worked, and always at the end of the day. Ahmet (Owner) was very easy going and willing to answer any and all questions I had. Overall, it was a great experience working with the team at D'Fine Design & Build. I'd recommend them for any work one might consider having done. We had our kitchen renovated with D'Fine Design & Build. Tanya was a dream to work with -- everything she says in the ad is true! She really gives everything her personal attention and care. We were also impressed with the work crew - they cleaned up the work site every time they were here. If there was going to be a delay, they let us know; and they answered any questions we had right away. The craftsmanship that went into the tile work and the cabinetry is pure artistry.
