In my bedroom, they painted, added new baseboards, installed recessed lights, & replaced my old ceiling fan with a fandelier. In my bathroom, it was a complete renovation; all I kept was the toilet so everything else was new. The guys installed a new floor, vanity, lights, shower, shelves, mirror, medicine cabinet, and curtain. The entire project took two weeks. Kras Development is my new favorite contractor & I know from experience that a great contractor is hard to find. I'm not sure if they know it but they're stuck with me now & I'll be calling them for all my future projects. You can tell they love what they do. We contracted CDG to do a roofed deck to attached to our house being built by another builder. I have to say that I was highly impressed with Pete Sorge, Dan Brewer and their team. Dan Brewer was very patient and responsive during the initial consultative phase. There were 2 companies competing for our business and we are glad we went with CDG. They showed us a cheaper and efficient way to build our outdoor kitchen, saving us close to $7000 on the kitchen alone. Meeting Pete was also pleasurable experience. He was equally patient and pleasant and very flexible to meet our needs. Both guys are very laid back ease your mind. When we scaled down our walkway, the amount of credit we got was very generous. They have an open process for their pricing. We felt so much at ease that we added other aspects like walkway, front entry and mailbox. Their crew of workers were very dedicated; came to work in the cold and snowy days. My 10 and 11 years olds were asking us to get the hot chocolate to keep them warm. CDG was the definitely brightest spot throughout this second construction process, and their work was served as our stress release from the builder of the main house. The work is not half done but I have no doubt we selected the best group with reasonable pricing. We definitely have our peace of mind now. UPDATE: Since writing my earlier review, we have found that the progress of work has been very slow. Most of the time they have one mason on site. It seems to us there is no commitment to our project and finishing it soon enough so we can have access to our yard and do other things we need to accomplish. It seems that they have shifted resources away to other jobs. If you choose this company and want your job done on time, I recommend that you insist on a firm timeline and include it in the contract. Also inquire about the number of masons available for your project and include it in the contract.

We hired Kitchen Master Design and Modelling because we liked their designs the best of the four…read morevendors we got designs from. They were also the only ones that would redo the lighting in our place without dropping the ceiling. They also have a five-year warranty, which gives us peace of mind with such an expensive and major redesign. We had new solid wood floors installed, complete remodel for the kitchen with new cabinets, sink, island, and quartz wall tiles, added new appliances and they were able to add conveniences such as a pantry and more functional cabinet spaces. They also updated our lighting and electrical switches. Na and Sway were generally good at responding within a day or so of reaching out. There were a few times when we had communication issues, such as what was written in the contract, but we were able to resolve them quickly. I also commend them for helping with getting our Sub-Zero/Wolf appliances through the door even though they were not responsible for that and helping fix damages done by the ABW appliances delivery team. We would recommend them again, the kitchen cabinets, fixtures and lighting are very well done. Our condo is small so their ability to help turn the kitchen into a space a master chef would be proud of and is more functional and better floor plan is much appreciated. The finished kitchen has a wow factor for everyone who has seen it and could be in a design magazine. We intend to use them again for our bathroom remodeling jobs in the future.

Near the end of the project, we had an issue in our basement (unrelated to the remodel, a wall came down when we put up our own shelving) and they were able to come in quickly to completely reno the basement as well. Some of the highlights of working with Kitchen Master: - 5 year warranty. Enough said. - Great personal service: Na was super responsive, and helped us make decisions on finishes within my budget (even coming to the house with countertop, flooring, and cabinet samples based on a general idea of our style). I'm pretty indecisive so I have to give Na a lot of credit for putting up with my text messages that said things like: "Would this paint color look weird with the tiles I selected?" Or "idk, what do you think we should do with this space?" Her suggestions were definitely better than what I could come up with on my own. - Budget: Na and Sway really worked with us on our budget. We were able to get quality where it counted with no upsells, and spend less in areas that either weren't as important to us, or where the price is less of an indicator of quality. This was really important to me because I don't have the time, patience, or expertise to price shop for materials on my own. -Creativity: I had two contractors tell me they likely would not have the space to turn my powder room into a bathroom with a shower. When Na and Sway came over for the estimate, they very quickly identified that they could move the toilet and sink to another spot and knock out the pantry to make it happen. It looks amazing, and feels more spacious than before strangely enough. We also wanted to knock out part of our kitchen wall, but their were vents in the way making it impossible. They quickly came up with a solution to MOVE THE VENTS (!) at a lower cost than expected. - Professionalism and Quality: The end project was incredible and it feels like a different home. Na and Sway feel like family and I will definitely use them again.
