She works with a population of clients that often are angry and don't want services, but Kim is one of the most gentle souls that I know, and she is able to handle them well by her warm and encouraging manner. She got very embarrassing by getting off topic bragging about her niece who posed for Playboy when I was counseling alone with her. I was very uncomfortable!!! When I confided in Kim that I had incest with my sister when she was only 12 till she was 16 and messed up her life, Kim just said, "It happens", and offered no other help for my recovery as a predator. I was very disappointed!!! If you take records there for her to copy, it took 2 years for me to get mine back. Instead of copy my records she confiscated them! I even called the Winchester police for advice. Kim is a mess. She calls herself a Christian while she practices Mormonism.
