Unfortunately, this year I've had to make two separate trips to exchange 3 dead flowers. And as I'm writing this, all 4 of my black petunias that I also purchased have now died. On the morning that my husband and I went, we were the first ones there and as an experienced gardener, I noticed that the flowers were severely overwatered. I should've listened to my gut and not shopped that day. But we did and when we came home to plant our close to $200 worth of flowers we were very concerned about the condition of the flowers in the fact that my husband had to ring out most of them! This kind of overwatering is expected at places like Home Depot and Lowe's but not at a garden center full of supposed gardeners! I am not able to make a third trip anytime soon to exchange my 4 dead black petunias so now I am out about $25 dollars! All 8 flowers that died have all died within seven days!!! On my first trip to exchange the first 2 dead flowers, I was third in line to exchange dead flowers!! The staff called an older gentleman out to approve the exchange, and he looked at the flowers and said "it looks like we overwatered our flowers". You think? Do better Graf's!!

They worked extremely hard all day long. They pulled weeds trimmed bushes and even moved a small tree and a few plants. They edged all the beds and finished with triple shredded black mulch that was beautiful. I have never had anyone do my yard and I can honestly say they exceeded my expectations. We have a lot of landscaping. They cleaned everything up to perfection. The price was very fair. We have already had compliments. I highly recommend this company and will tell everyone I know.

We have an older home that we are constantly looking to update while maintaining its level of early 1900's quality and charm and when it comes to finishes, these guys and gals are experts. I've never received a recommendation that didn't work out and they have even referred us to area pros for larger jobs that required more than my "close my eyes and slap paint on it" method of completing the task. I also need to mention the high quality products we're dealing with here. Since my business had changed I needed to register again. I did my registration online which was fairly easy and then received my confirmation email. The confirmation email contained my barcode membership number and instructions on how to get my membership card. I then went to the valley view restaurant Depot with everything described that I needed as per the email in section 3. I greeted the person behind the desk and asked for assistance on registering and getting my restaurant Depot card. She very rudely barked at me that I needed my paperwork. With a smile and a positive attitude I handed her my paperwork. She received the paperwork with a disgusted look on her face and then replied that I did not have the paperwork that I needed. I then went home and checked and in fact I did have all of the paperwork that I needed. I actually had more documentation than I needed. I don't know if it was because of my skin color or my race or maybe that she was just having a bad day but I do not recommend this business. This was truly a terrible experience and if this happens during the registration for a membership I could just assume what's going to happen when I'm a member. Am I going to be greeted by an angry bigot every time I come in and every time I need to do a transaction? Ask yourself if you want to support a business like this.
