Top Notch products. I have used them over the years for several different pieces on my '54 Cadillac and everything fits great.

Great support, the person that I was speaking with over the phone knows exactly what I was looking and gave me a lot of options.

My recent first time awful experience with worldpac stems from parts that were shipped from a…read morewarehouse in New Jersey, not San Diego. - Summary Ordered a set of premium AC Delco front brake calipers that come with loaded with new semi metallic pads and all the hardware for my vehicle. These were delivered via a local well known auto parts store in Dayton Ohio. After inspecting both calipers, a second set of calipers needed to be ordered. - First Set The brake pads had grease on the friction side of the pads, the copper crush washers were assembled to one of the calipers with the brake fluid banjo bolt. The floating guide pins were installed on one caliper and not the other and they would not move (float). One caliper box had the guide pins in a plastic bag with the banjo bolt and copper crush washers in their own separate bag. Because of the grease on the brake pads they had to be returned. - Second Set The brake pads that come assembled to each caliper as with the first set ordered, had some grease on the friction side of the brake pad. There was some hardware missing, the copper crush washers appeared to have been previously installed as it had a clear depression on the surface of the washer. One caliper was missing the bolt that attaches the flex line to the caliper (banjo bolt). Some of the hardware was partially assembled to the calipers. The caliper guide pins were installed on one caliper and not on the other and those installed did not slide even though they are supposed to be floating type. I did not take delivery of these either. - Observations The paperwork that came with both the first and second set of AC Delco calipers inside the boxes were rather beat up. The tags that contain instruction of the calipers from two of the boxes could not be read. It looked like each set of these calipers had traveled around the US, returned, and likely not really inspected to ensure that the next lucky customer would receive these parts in proper order ... That did not happen. - Others Reviews The reviews here provide insight to the culture of the company which extends far beyond the corporate ignorance of their mismanaged distributing warehouses. Most end user customers would not know that their parts came from worldpac. I insisted to know where they came from. They came from worldpac and their distributing warehouse in New Jersey. - Conclusion No more worldpac for me. You wasted two weeks of my time with the the unusable parts you shipped to my local auto parts store. Most customers would think that these parts came from AC Delco and because of the poor shape that they were in would instantly have a negative perspective on who AC Delco is as a result of worldpac's poor process. You might have well kicked me in the bawlz b/c that's what it feels like! On one review Suzette wrote: "i would not buy auto parts from this warehouse! I have worked as an employee and I can tell you first hand you are buying defective and often time used or damaged parts". I can attest to that statement, as it appears to be a common theme from east coast to the west coast in the US. Worldpac Customer Support Customer Hotline 800-888-9982 x5470 cfadmins@worldpac.com

George, who is management there. Is very impersonal , he acts rude, and has no Customer Service or…read morePeople skills whatsoever. He talks down to the workers, he sounds rude when he talks . I was there , and he kept saying "fried chicken " for some reason like it was code for something . No food was present. This is a FLITHY AUTO PARTS WAREHOUSE. I called George because I was running late, and he would pick up the phone and hang up . He did this 3 times to me . When I asked him about it , he said he was busy doing orders. Why answer the phone than??? . And than another day I was there he talked about how Great he makes & bakes cupcakes . Very weird . The lights were off in half of this warehouse like every other aisle. I don't know how they can read or see the numbers on the parts so most likely you will get the wrong part shipped to you. There's think black dust on the packaging . The boxes were handled so much they were broken and won't close . This man is managing this place and his attitude reflects the place too. Bad
