His office staff is terrible and Michelle puts wrong codes into insurance company so she can try to charge you extra money out of your pocket. Michelle will also try to double charge you for things like numbing cream for your gums or charge different prices, my husband was charged $22 and was charged $35. She also will try and cancel appts you made to squeeze people in without insurance to get the money for big procedures. I have opted to discontinue using the office for future procedures
