This seemed pretty unprofessional to me, so I looked up the NV license number he has listed on his business card and it turns out that his company and license number are not listed, which is a worrying sign. While he seemed to me like he knows what he's talking about with regard to rain gutters, and looks like he's operating out of a well-equipped truck, all of this has given me enough pause to move on and go with a different contractor.

Since then, I have sent him several emails and left voice mails asking him to fix a downspout that was not positioned correctly as well as an ETA to complete the job.
