They were polite and informative but unfortunately were not able to come to terms with my insurance adjuster due to a lack of sufficient information requested by the insurance company. Contacted another company through Yelp and do have an agreement. Just a heads up, their quote was right on target with my insurance company where Mills Roofing was significantly higher.

Mind you after I pulled in. When I contacted them, they said my door had been slightly open. Nobody informed of this, no one asked me to close it. No one informed me of the possibility of nails in my garage. I wish I could give them a better rating.

I feel like they helped us make the right decisions through the whole process, especially for system size to be able to keep our NEM1 status. The new roof looks great and works really well. I waited almost a year to write this review to make sure there wasn't any water intrusion during the winter storms - not a drop anywhere.
