I stopped in Ruby and Jenna yesterday while shopping in the Promenade. I was looking around for about 10 minutes and not once did the two employees even acknowledge me. They were towards the back of the store at the register just looking down. They were having a summer sale where most items were $20-$40 but final sale. I went to Ruby and Jenna to get some summer clothing for my daughter, store is awesome, staff is friendly and energetic. My daughter loves her new outfits and they are not over priced. I will definitely be taking her back in the future. read more

Rude customer service soured the entire shopping experience. I love shopping at the Promenade, but this unpleasant treatment was less than stiller for me. The clothes were cute... but the treatment isn't worth the trouble. It's sad to see such a nice store be ruined by its snobby employees. read more

Usually not one to complain but I feel particularly wronged by this company. Had a horrible experience at the Marlton location & customer service online. Yesterday I purchased an already damaged dress (I admittedly should have seen the pull and stain on the satin). Within two hours I was back in the store to return it. The same girls whom I purchased the dress from were still working. Even though I was acting within the store's return policy as told to me at checkout, as listed on the receipt, and on their website, they refused to let me return the damaged item. Instead of refunding me, they graciously offered 15% off my next purchase. This company is clearly more interested in selling cheap, overpriced, and apparently abused clothing to unsuspecting customers than conducting ethical business. Would recommend if you're interested in wasting your money. read more

My daughter wore a skirt once for 3 hours and the elastic waist unraveled. I happened to go in the store that same day and told them and they basically said, "Too bad. " I wrote to customer service and they never responded. Cute but cheap clothing and unacceptable customer service. Sadly I won't take my 2 15 year olds back. read more

Cute clothes but very overpriced for cheap quality. I've been shopping her for awhile and have had many items rip, buttons fall off or clothes shrink. I purchased a pair of shorts that came with no wash tag that was $48 just to get one wear out of them with because they had shrunk. Not to mention this happened with two of my skirts as well. I love the store and the clothes, its a nice atmosphere and not badly overpriced however the customer service is really poor... the cashier that rung me up was mumbling rudely , gave absolutely zero friendly greeting and had a miserable expression throughout the entire transaction. She also turned around the minute she was done and didnt say youre welcome or have a good day after i said thank you. I try to be extra nice and give people the benefit of the doubt but she was extremely rude. It literally takes Three seconds to train an employee to be polite with a customer. I've also heard from friends how snobby the employees have been... its a shame because its a nice store but you should treat your customers with basic human decency or you're going to lose business... read more

I have visited this store on 4 occasions being a very cute outfit on one of them. I want to love this store but I am prevented from doing so do to their horrendous customer service. Every time I have walked into the store, there is no greeting, no asking of help, no advising of the store layout/sales, ect. I do not know who the manager is but whoever it is needs to do some serious training with the sales staff. There is zero customer service and unfortunately due to the lack of it, I will be taking my business to Francesca's and Alicia Dimichele whose staff will at the very minimum, acknowledge your presence in the store. read more

If I could give this store zero stars I would. My girlfriend and I were just in here and she entered an empty dressing room to try on clothes. In the middle of trying on clothes, while my girlfriend was undressed, one of the workers pulled opened the curtain and rudely removed clothes that another customer had left in there and wanted to purchase. While doing so, the worker apologized not to my girlfriend, but to the customer who wanted her clothes and could not get them because someone was in there. My girlfriend was so distraught and upset that she quickly got dressed and stormed out of the store. It was our first time in the store, the experience and customer service was so awful we will never be going back. I do not recommend. read more

This is my favorite boutique in south jersey, and it's great because it's affordable. Unlike other stores in the promenade that are way over priced. The customer service is wonderful too, and they're always dressed nice. I love coming into a store and being greeted and being told to have a nice day. I love when they check on me in the fitting room so I don't have to run out in the store to get another size. I'll be back in again soon to shop! read more
