When we (my husband & I) went to our house , to pick up more of our items ,(yes the house was sold) we found out that the new owner was already in our house & was throwing our personal items in the trash . We thought we were going to the house to meet the new owner . Oh, we meet him alright . After he told us we were NOT allowed in the house , he told us we had two days to get out what we could from the shed . And they (the new owner) would give us what they had not thrown out . The reason I know it is this office , my husband met this person there .We did not receive any money from the sale . We told the owner that & he did give us $25 , the next day he paid my husband $175 for the shed . We originally wanted at least $1000, but the NEW owner said no . There was still many of our items inside . I have called this real estate agent & said I did not appreciate being locked out . Have not had a call back . I have a feeling I won't get a return call . This person KNOWS they were wrong , & they won't face me . Even on the phone . Kathy Sperling I am required to put in one star at least .
