I have been a client with RubyHas for over 6 years now; selling mostly small, luxury items. They have been great for us, fulfillment times are met and their customer service is responsive and friendly. I see a lot of poor reviews regarding EasyPost on here, I don't think another companies failure to care for it's clients should reflect on RubyHas' great service. Absolute cheats and scammers! My small business has been with them for years. They'll overcharge you for everything and never fulfill any requests for audits or invoice checks. What a horrifying experience. Ruby Has shipped our inventory between warehouses (without alerting us), and our inventory went offline for a week with no notice. When questioned what was happening, we got the email equivalent of a ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ and no direct answer. Finally, after not being able to fulfill orders for a week, we requested to retrieve our inventory. It has now been nearly THREE WEEKS that our inventory has been offline and we can't get any definitive response regarding when we will be getting our assets back. Digging into comments/questions on social media show more than 45 of their clients are also being ignored and disregarded during this same time frame (and that's just the vocal ones). Like all other reviewers on this list. Ruby has yanked all our inventory from our site and moved it to a recent facility. We have been out of stock with over 200 orders on hold. They take 3 to 4 days to reply to emails and no sense of responsibility. In a way I feel sorry for the hard-working people in customer service, who need to reply to angry emails, they are currently carrying the burden of a poorly planned situation. Whoever leads this decision, or coordinated these efforts should be fired and never be allowed to work in any customer service company in their lives. A company can make a mistake, but true leadership is shown in the way they handle and face the situation. My small business has also been severely impacted by the extremely poor management of RubyHas during the EasyPost acquisition right at the onset of the Covid-19 crisis. Tens of Thousands of dollars of our inventory has gone missing while we transferred to a new 3PL. Our business has been forced to pause in the middle of a pandemic when we would have been surviving and thriving. Customers have become angry and we have been forced to grant refunds as well as manufacture new product to fill the void that RubyHas created and has not compensated for. There has not been a lick of accountability from anybody at RubyHas. There has been no progress towards resolving matters and any attempt at reaching customer service for response leads to a brick wall. 2.5 months later: Loose ends remain untied. My business, like most of the reviewers on this Yelp page, was affected by the EasyPost to Ruby Has transition. EasyPost pretty much said their fulfillment service was bought by Ruby Has, and shortly after, they would begin moving everyone's inventory from EasyPost warehouses to a default Ruby Has fulfillment center. That was fine, except for the whole transition has not been fine. 1-2 weeks prior to the move, EasyPost had already removed themselves from any customer service responsibility, telling us that Ruby Has will take care of everything. EasyPost's SLA begun taking way longer, up to 2 weeks, and I had to reimport our order information manually instead of relying on our automatic integration. They also messed up shipping several orders that we had to absorb the cost on reshipment and product costs. Then from there, the transition of our inventory happened. It was supposed to take up to 1.5 weeks, however, it has now been 3 weeks as of posting this review. We also provided our store integration info for Ruby Has to setup an account for their system, but it's been over a week and we were supposed to have the account within 1-4 days. We don't have any visibility on our inventory besides 2 SKUs that were checked in before Ruby Has said they'd stop updating the EasyPost system for our account. We still have 9 other SKUs that have yet to be checked in, sitting on tens of thousands of dollars. Who knows if the inventory is lost or not, especially their warehouse can't provide their customer service reps any info, and their customer service reps are taking over a week to respond to every message you send to them.e read more

Our inventory was constantly miscounted, damaged, and lost. Instead of reimbursing us, they made us pay them for these mistakes or threatened to not send our inventory when we decided to move warehouses. Their tech platform crashes at least once a week, resulting in your inventory counts always being off. Worst of all, the founder is condescending, rude, and dismissive. Like other business that have reviewed this company, I got transitioned from EasyPost, many of my large orders are not getting fulfilled. Our clients are extremely strict with late shipments and we are being penalized daily, I am hoping we can make it through this nightmare. On top of that we are being charged such hugh weekly fees that are not sustainable nor practical, but since our inventory is being hostaged, we have no choice to keep pushing through orders and paying the weekly invoices, in hopes that our orders get fulfilled and our long term clients stay satisfied. On the one positive we had a very large order with an important long time business client that Marcia at sales (the only option when you call which gets picked up) was somehow miraculously able to have it sent out within 3 days. But apart from that order many orders have not been sent out in now over 2 weeks. We are on the search for other options. My review will be similar to the others here. I ordered a product and it was shipped through UPS Mail Innovations® Expedited. UPS received the package and delivered it to Ruby Has Fulfillment. The facility generated a label for USPS around 6/28. Nothing happened after that. USPS never received the package. I've tried reaching out twice now and have not received any responses.I have to assume that my package is gone now. read more

Absolutely terrible experience with this company. They had a very hard time shipping out any of our packages, which I'm okay with all things considered right now. However they reached out and suggested our company would be a better fit with a different fulfillment center and we accepted right away given the issues we had. We were told it would take 2-3 days to pick and pack our inventory in order to ship it to the new fulfillment center so we turned off all of our products to make sure we didn't receive any orders during these days. At the time of writing this review it's been 53 days!!! And our inventory have not left yet. During this time we haven't been able to sell any products and yet have to get a clear answer on why this is taking so long. Terrible, terrible experience all around. Our experience has been similar to the other reviewers. Our inventory has been held the entire month of May while they failed to set up their software and failed to fulfill, with no upfront warning from RubyHas. They want to bill a flat account fee on top of storage for their "account services", while they never completed setting up our account. It was supposed to be set up by May 3, according to their own schedule, and as of May 27, it is not. We cannot fulfill our own product and we cannot retrieve our own property. This company has no organization to speak of. Bills are prepared and sent out that are incorrect and take forever to get resolved. Support takes days to respond and it is impossible to get in contact with anyone. There is very little visibility into real time pricing, when orders are being processed or much of anything. From what I have seen after switching from Ruby and seeing many other fulfillment services the deficit in technology and best practices is severely lacking. Another "customer" burned in the transition from EasyPost to Ruby Has. It took Ruby Has a month to prepare our inventory for removal. We now have 14 pallets ready for pick up, but our drivers have been turned away twice. No communication from Ruby Has. We are considering legal action at this point, we have more than $200k in inventory stuck at their warehouse. We can't afford to let them sit on it much longer. Stay away. read more

Ruby Has Fulfillment - Destroyer of companies. In the 1-2 months of being a new customer, they managed to lose almost every incoming shipment. Every single bulk shipment sent, have either not arrived, or has arrived but has not been unpacked and entered into their systems. They never were able to properly connect to our e-commerce software, 6 weeks in. Emails are ignored, phone is not answered. Our store has ground to a halt because of Ruby Has. Or; Ruby Used to Have Customers. EasyPost sold their business to Ruby. Then Ruby went ahead and straight away tried to move over all inventory and customers into their system, IN THE MIDDLE OF THE COVID19 CRISIS. I rarely write reviews, but Ruby Has has: 1. Lost thousands of dollars of product. 2. Shipped thousands more out of country without notifying anyone, and thus is also lost. 3. Misplaced 4 pallets of product, worth over $100,000 (they found it after a month of panic from our side). Not sure how they could not find four pallets for a month. 4. 1-3 was for a single order. We have had similar problems with other orders from them. 5. Do not seem to care even a little bit. They were/are unresponsive pretty much always. 6. They have cost my business tens of thousands in delays and lost product, and much, much more than that in lost opportunities. Ruby Has is massively, superbly incompetent at best. DO NOT use Ruby Has. Ruby Has took over our warehousing and fulfillment services after they purchased Easy Post's business. The transition was terrible and took months which meant we could not ship product to our customers and had to do lots of returns. Even after the transition, products took weeks to ship and their team was non responsive. We managed to direct all of our sales to Amazon but if we did not have that sales channel, we would have gone under due to their poor service and execution. Now that we are trying to move our inventory to a new organization, it is going to take Ruby Has weeks to package up our inventory and ship it. I would not recommend them to anyone. This company really is almost a complete scam. They tack on fake charges, like charging us for inventory storage in a facility in which we had no inventory, hiding random sub-fees within invoice line-items, etc. They are completely unresponsive as they are fully aware of all of this and can't explain any of the charges. First they get you with what seem like good rates. Once you are their client, they start hitting you with "Other Fees" that jack up your bill. And forget about talking to anybody about this, the worse part about this company is their customer service. There is NOBODY to talk to and nobody cares about solving your issues. We even had a case where we disputed a charge and nobody got back to us about it. We just one day woke up to realize that they had stopped shipping out orders just because we did not pay for this disputed charge. After over a month of holding us hostage, with NO ability to operate our business (no inventory, no dashboard, no fulfillment of orders, nearly zero response to our emails, and no ability to reach anyone by phone), we demanded our inventory be sent to us. They did, but it was short by over 50% and are taking NO responsibility and at this time are not even responding to us. They blame EasyPost, and EasyPost blames them. Now, we are completely out.
