    My business, like most of the reviewers on this Yelp page, was affected by the EasyPost to Ruby Has transition. EasyPost pretty much said their fulfillment service was bought by Ruby Has, and shortly after, they would begin moving everyone's inventory from EasyPost warehouses to a default Ruby Has fulfillment center. That was fine, except for the whole transition has not been fine. 1-2 weeks prior to the move, EasyPost had already removed themselves from any customer service responsibility, telling us that Ruby Has will take care of everything. EasyPost's SLA begun taking way longer, up to 2 weeks, and I had to reimport our order information manually instead of relying on our automatic integration. They also messed up shipping several orders that we had to absorb the cost on reshipment and product costs. Then from there, the transition of our inventory happened. It was supposed to take up to 1.5 weeks, however, it has now been 3 weeks as of posting this review. We also provided our store integration info for Ruby Has to setup an account for their system, but it's been over a week and we were supposed to have the account within 1-4 days. We don't have any visibility on our inventory besides 2 SKUs that were checked in before Ruby Has said they'd stop updating the EasyPost system for our account. We still have 9 other SKUs that have yet to be checked in, sitting on tens of thousands of dollars. Who knows if the inventory is lost or not, especially their warehouse can't provide their customer service reps any info, and their customer service reps are taking over a week to respond to every message you send to them.e

    How Ruby shipped our inventory when we moved warehouses

    Our inventory was constantly miscounted, damaged, and lost. Instead of reimbursing us, they made us pay them for these mistakes or threatened to not send our inventory when we decided to move warehouses. Their tech platform crashes at least once a week, resulting in your inventory counts always being off. Worst of all, the founder is condescending, rude, and dismissive. Instead of acknowledging mistakes and working customers to create a plan for moving forward, he berates you and makes you feel stupid for raising concerns.

    I highly recommend Ruby Has for ecommerce fulfillment. I've been with them for 4 years now and Ruby Has Has kept up with all of our needs.
