Read two of my personal experiences from 2011 and 2019.
This is the second time that I used Slavica Trans and the second time after many years once again got tricked and cheated.
In 2010 I shipped two of my motorcycles to Croatia to a port of Ploce. Motorcycles got held on the terminal for over two months. I already flew back to Croatia. Slavica notified me that bikes were taken into custody by US costums because one of the motorcycles that was in the container with mine did not have a title. She told me that I can get my bikes if I send them to port of Rijeka which is 300 miles away from port of Ploče. Otherwise, she is "unsure when she will have next container coming to Ploče". I had no other option but to accept that. Rent a van and drive all the way up to Ploce. Of course in Ploce there was their "another associate" who charged me another 300 Euros back then. Thing to note that motorcycles did arrive in Rijeka and there was no damage.
Years later, in 2019 I shipped two motorcycles from NY. Gentleman named Robert, who I had unfortunate luck to deal with, told me that next container is beggining of February. I dropped of the motorcycles end of January and paid trough check $1100 for shipping. Just to note, they are using company called Seahorse express to store and ship. Motorcycles were sitting on the dirt and mud. (SEE THE PICTURES) Bikes were held on the terminal for a month and a half and then shipped in March. At no point I received information about the vessel number, carrier and container number. When bikes finally arrived in port of Ploče, they were damaged. 2014 ZX14R has broken front mask, bracket and side fairings. Chopper has BENT forks. When I tried to explain Slavica what happened she told me that "things happen" and that I should have insured the bikes. NO ONE, ever told me that that is an option and that motorcycles were sent across the Atlantic uninsured. Again, Slavica and Robert blamed it on me.
Robert and Slavica said that they do not know who's fault is it. The carrier Seahorse express, their dock or people in Ploče and that I have to show pictures from inside the container. At this point I knew I was dropped. I have pictures from the New Jersey loading dock where I left the motorcycles and and at Port of Ploče. (SEE PICTURES).
After reaching out multiple times Slavica said I will not pay for those bikes, and Robert reffered to the damages as "only some scratch on the bike". Now, they stopped answering the phone and my email. They are blaming everything on Seahorse express who are laughing at me and saying that I have to deal with Slavica Trans.
I got tricked and cheated on for my money like never before.
