Food was just mediocre.......would definitely not eat there again. My husband ordered a steak and it was literally 1/4 inch thick and very small. He ended up going to a convenience store afterwards and getting more food because he was still hungry! Burger my son ordered was just OK. My other son's pizza looked like a frozen one. Wouldn't recommend. $65 for a family should at least fill us up, we were all still hungry. read more

Yummy grilled chicken salad with bacon, peas, etc, nice and fresh

I had this for the first time tonight and I was so amazed! First, I figured the wait would be crazy since there was so many people but I got seated right away! Our waitress, Sarah, was probably the best waitress I have ever had. As she had a table of around 15-20 people she still managed to constantly have my drink filled in front of me and so much more! It's the little things. I told her my shrimp pasta was a little spicy, not complaining, and she came out seconds later with a sauce to make the spice go down, AMAZING! to bad I'm a broke college student or I would have made a way bigger tip. Terrible service. I got charged not only for my bill, but also another couple sitting next to us. I left a 15% tip in cash and the waitress didn't think it was enough so she took another tip from my credit card. I called the store and talked to the manager. He told me to find the couple and have them pay me back becuase it wasnt their responsibility anymore. I suggest avoiding this place. Try Overtime instead. 5:00 pm on a Saturday evening. So it takes the server around 10 minutes to get to our table to take our order, she's friendly. We order (2 people) Mozzarella sticks for starters, then Southern Fried Chicken, and Hickory Bourbon Chicken for our entrees. We didn't get our Mozz Sticks because she "forgot". The Southern chicken was cold. Hickory Bourbon sauce was good. Mashed potatoes were good. Not to mention it took the food 30 minutes. Other RTs are good just not this particular one. read more

My experience with RT Mitchell has been very good. The salad bar has been great. The entrees have been superb. Wait staff has been top notch. They don't put craisins on the salad bar as I've seen at other RT's. They don't offer the usual bread with the meal, but was provided when I asked for it. Usually when you walk into a restaurant you get a pleasant greeting, or at the least a "How can I help you?" Not here. Walked in and got a "what?" from the bartender, then a shitty attitude when I asked for a drink. Glad I'm not a local, thankfully I have no reason to ever frequent this location again. read more

My asiago steak didn't have the sauce or cheese when it arrived. The typhoon shrimp went from large size for dipping to tiny shrimp filled with batter!!!!!! Don't know what they were thinking changing salad bar and taking the pasta salad, the broccoli salad and potato salad off of the food bar. read more

Tuesday night on 4/12/16 after being seated took about 8 minutes for a server to come by he took my oreder never saw him again salad bar was empty no salad by the time salad got refill I started eating the salad my main dish came the server never came or stop by until he see me sitting there bored waiting for my bill I ask him what happen to the biscuit he blamed it on corporate for not telling them that they are running a 44% off your bill . small portion slow service price is high for a small portion salad bar empty . read more

On my return home from vacation I stopped in Mitchell. I chose this restaurant for dinner due to the close proximity to my hotel. After a long drive I looked forward to a good meal and a cold beer. When I walked into the restaurant nobody acknowledged my presence. After waiting a bit I sat myself at the bar. The bartender finally came over and asked if I wanted a menu.. no hi...hello...welcome... conversation was short and not friendly at all. I had the feeling that I was an imposition which was odd since I was the only person at the bar. I ordered a beer and ordered my meal when the beer was delivered. I hadn't drank 1/4 of the beer when the bartender asked if I wanted the meal to go. The cook had boxed up my dinner. The bartender told him to put it on a plate... nice. The food was a bit cold but it tasted good. When I asked for my ticket the bartender asked if I wanted another drink. Ummm... no. I usually leave a healthy tip but service didn't warrant a tip. I left exact change. I will not revisit this restaurant. read more

We were traveling and usually enjoy Ruby Tuesday's salad bar in Minnesota. At this location the salad bar had many items with almost empty bowls and did not get refilled promptly. I told our waitress the problem and she said let her know which ones and she would personally get more (nice). So I filled up a plate (hey! could we have larger plates please?) with lettuces and veggies. Back at the table I took a forkful of salad and something fell out of it and landed on a tomato. It was A BUG! Gross. I showed the waitress and she apologized and asked if she could bring me something else. Unfortunately I lost my appetite. There also were several flies buzzing around. I asked to speak to the manager. My husband ate his ribs and we waited. After 20 minutes or so I asked the waitress again about the manager. She said 'didn't she come to talk to you?' She again told the manger on duty. My husband finished his dinner and still no manager came. The waitress apologized and took the salad bar off our bill. She said 'this happens all the time' and she is frustrated. The manager's name is Twyla. Our waitress was very nice. Her name is Justine. read more
