Would avoid getting a package held here if there is even a slight chance someone else may have to retrieve it. Not to mention when the person you're getting the package calls for the owner is incredibly rude on top of his incompetence.

The store was immaculate and well-stocked. They offered several brands of the item I was looking for. I couldn't leave the store without checking out their bakery department and treated myself a mile-high chocolate cake. It was the highlight of the visit. The cake was heavenly. The store shares an enormous parking lot with other businesses. I will definitely spend more time in the store on my next visit to see what else I can find.

The whole time, they ignored my emails and stalled the process until I mentioned court. The manager and owner, Dimitris Svigos and Jonathan Svigos, agreed to reimburse my expenses in the end. But once I gave them the invoices, they ignored me completely and stopped responding. They make this difficult for you on purpose, simply because they can. UPDATE: I filed a small claims case. These two geniuses (one of them with an MBA) let it escalate, and they ended up agreeing to pay triple what we agreed to at first. Brilliant financial decision from the MBA. Then they started looking for excuses not to pay again and decided to hire a lawyer too, instead of just paying and getting it over with. It was another brilliant move from MBA. They also claim they never had authorization to agree to any payment, because the store actually belongs to their parents. So apparently Jonathan, Partner and VP of the store with an MBA, can't handle a small claims case without asking his daddy for permission I'll keep you posted.

They have made sure to take all precautions since the pandemic started. What stood out for me is that, upon request, they are willing to provide curbside pickup, or at least they offer that to my elderly parents who still arent comfortable entering stores. If they do not carry an item, they will try their order it for you. It is clear.
