If you arrive to pick up a package for someone else, they decide here at this store they make the rules and will not follow the UPS instructions. It is quite simple to follow the provided rules from the shipping companies, but clearly that is a struggle here. Would avoid getting a package held here if there is even a slight chance someone else may have to retrieve it. Not to mention when the person you're getting the package calls for the owner is incredibly rude on top of his incompetence.

While waiting in self serve lane I heard , " I can help next up" , this is incredible, instead of hiding behind the counter and doing nothing, this YOUNG women want to influence the customer experience.
