I asked them to fix that vase so I could pull it out when trying to leave flowers, but they will not call me back and tell me it was fixed correctly. These people have no regard for the damage they do to the grave markers or to the families. They can't even respond to a simple request for verification.

Overall the facility is very nice and accommodated us well. The people working there were very attentive, even to the point of assuring that certain items made it from the viewing to the cemetery (including the body, but I digress). I really like the neighborhood, too. That's kind of a hindsight thing, but I thought it was important to mention.
