TL;DR: I placed an order, politely asked for an update, was treated poorly, wrote another email explaining I felt treated poorly, had all my orders cancelled and was told I personally insulted employees. On 9/26 I ordered two shirts from them for my husband's birthday:12/2. On 11/18 I checked the site, saw that they had all been printed, & thought I'd just check in and see if they had any update on if they thought I might get it in time for his birthday. I wrote: "Hello, This past September I pre-ordered two shirts from the Se7en (Dante's inferno) drop. I've been keeping up with the printing and shipping schedule, and it seems like they've finished printing, but I never got a shipping notification and can't seem to find any tracking. I'm hoping for an update on what's going on? I was hoping to give one of the shirts as a gift on 12/2. Thank you for any help, Tyler" I got an automated response telling me: "*We've received your email and will be in touch within the next 24-72 hours not including weekends or holidays*" I was fine with that, I'm patient. Even after 72 hours had passed, I truly wasn't sweating it. It's a busy time of year, etc. They did eventually email me back on 11/24: "When your order ships you will be sent an email with tracking if you provided an email address at checkout." That was the entirety of the email. A little steamed, I responded with this: "This is not at all a helpful response to my question. I asked clearly and politely for an update about what's going on for an order placed in September, waited patiently (beyond 72 hours) for a response, and received this obvious brush off. Unfortunately it seems the forums I've been reading are correct, and customer service for this company is a joke. I will not be ordering again, and will unsubscribe from the mailing list." Shortly after that, they cancelled my order without any further response or explanation. While I was pretty sure this was just some petty "vengeance" on their part for me daring to not be happy about being treated like garbage, I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and sent another email: "I did not ask for this order to be cancelled. I simply asked for an update." They then cancelled another order I had placed on 11/15 (before I asked for an update on the Se7en shirt order) and sent me this truly wild email: "Dear Tyler, Thank you for reaching out! I was brought in to assist with this situation and have read your previous correspondence. Based on your last emails, which included insults directed toward our employees, complaints about wait times, and the statement, "I will not be ordering again, and will unsubscribe from the mailing list," we took action out of respect for your position. We did not want your money tied up with a company you do not support and feel compelled to insult. To ensure no further incidents occur, and based on your feedback regarding the wait time, I have gone ahead and canceled all additional pending orders you may have with us. Your funds for all canceled orders have been fully refunded. We wish you the best. Sincerely, Meghan -Supervisor" I was shocked and confused, and went back to my emails to double check that I hadn't, in fact, insulted anybody. Then, no longer capable of giving the benefit of any doubt, I wrote this (where I admittedly did get deservedly petty): "Dear Meghan, Thank you for getting back to me! While I do appreciate the refunds, I do not appreciate your attempted gaslighting. I in no way insulted any of your employees. I did make a factual statement about reading negative reviews from others about their customer service experience, and I asserted that based on how I was treated, those reviews seemed correct. I also explained my frustration over a response to my email that did not address any of the questions I politely put forward in my first email. These are not insults, these are factual statements critical of how your company runs its customer service. They are factual statements you have provided more proof of with your most recent response. I am happy to wait as long as need be for a product I ordered, but the disrespect with which I have been treated for merely asking for an update is, to me, unacceptable. I understand that some people enjoy being treated like dirt, hopefully there are enough to allow your company to continue to thrive!" Ive been a longtime customer until delays with the last two orders which still have not arrived. CS is basically non existent and once ownership was approached directly looking for help, they copped an attitude and became passive aggressive, as if customers should just shut up and wait, despite all signs showing there are problems on their back-end. The owner of this company is something else. I had been happily ordering shirts for some time and then randomly one day I was blocked on Instagram. I have no idea why. I never even commented on the account so I can't see how or why I would have been blocked. I had an outstanding order so I emailed them asking about the order status and to say I'm not sure if I did something to offend you but I appear to be blocked. Hoping to get to the bottom of whatever misunderstanding. No response. And then my order never came. So I email again. Nothing. I eventually disputed the charge and filed a BBB complaint. Unfortunately the reviews outlining poor customer service are true. I placed an order for a t-shirt during one of their "Archive" sales, which means the t-shirts are already printed and ready to ship. I mistakenly ordered a size small, when I need an XL. Immediately , within 5 minutes of placing the order I emailed them letting them know the issue, and asked if they could send an XL instead of a small (which was available when I placed the order because I filtered which shirts were available by " size XL". I received an email back two weeks later saying "we can't, read our faq" in as many words (again, I read the faq Meghan). I could understand if this were a preorder, but they absolutely have an XL printed and ready to ship in the warehouse but they are refusing to do right by the customer in this situation for no apparent reason other than "we can't because our faq & product pages say so". I was very cordial in my email, and Meghan was definitely very short, rude, and unprofessional. I truly like the designs on their shirts and have spent hundreds of dollars over several drops from them, but I will not continue to support a business that cares so little about their customers. Just know if you make a mistake on your order, they aren't even going to attempt to help you even when the resolution is completely reasonable, much less be courteous in their correspondence with you. Edit: I failed to mention that I also requested a cancellation, and they also declined to do this. A week later, they cancelled a pre-ordered item that has not been produced yet, that I did not request to cancel but still will not cancel the item referred to in this review, which further proves they are a spiteful company that does not deserve your business. terrible customer service skills - maybe that's generous since it assumes they have any to begin with. they messed up mine and a bunch of other customers holiday orders, and are pretty impossible to get a hold of. when they do answer you it's not helpful at all. stay away and support other smaller businesses in this field - everyone else I've purchased from is so wonderful and they don't leave you feeling like your mean older siblings are bullying you. not an experience I would pay for personally, but some people are probably into it. their conduct is borderline criminal because of how deceptive they are. boo. read more

We used to order multiple shirts almost every drop, but after having the images printed at an angle and not straight or centered (on multiple shirts and a few long sleeves) we reached out to customer service with photos and they told us it was just the angle of the picture. I doubt they care about losing a customer though, they have a big social following and use scarcity marketing to convince people to buy buy buy even though the quality is low. read more

My favorite shirt company! Very creative, and they work with some of my favorite properties. I can't speak to other folks, but I've never had a bad experience from them customer service wise. Meghan and the gang have resolved any issues for me that they can within their means. Love their archive sales and I look forward to seeing what they release next! read more

I ordered a shirt about 8 months ago and had to wait but when it arrived I was elated. So I went back and bought more recently. A all around print American Psycho, a all around print Howell's Moving Castle and 2 XL American Psycho regular print T-shirts. as gifts for my family. I asked that the first shirt be change from a small to a XL as I made a mistake. The email i was given to contact was not of their emails but it turns out it was not the proper customer service email. I made many unsuccessfully attempts to show that I was charged for the shirt but the order was never placed. I had an email for the customer order number but it did not show in my online account. My other two did. after no communication I sent an email to the proper customer service email and immediately was greeted with terrible service. I sent proof of the order I had an issue with and said I need this remedied or I was sending a dispute to PayPal. They claimed i had no other order and that all communication would cease. I then sent screen shots of my other two orders and asked that they not cancel these orders as they are not in dispute. They canceled them after the fact as I was notified 15 minutes later that they had been canceled. this still did not remedy the first order i placed that I was charged for. Only a refund for the orders I told them not to cancel as there was no issue with them. I will never order a thing from them again. I've gone to every social link they have to share this incident with who ever will listen. I took screen shots of everything. All the emails and all the conversations. read more
