Called 24 hours later with the name of the Dr. only to be told they're "working" on it but now i was told it was gonna take up to 10 days. The communication is terrible and someone may tell you something one day and someone else is gonna tell you something completely different the next day. I wish these things could be said the first time instead of having to call 3 different days to get 3 different answers. The communication is terrible and seems like they don't know what they're doing. I wouldn't have an issue if these things were told in the first call i made. Ive been needing PT and its been beyond a hassle to get a referral after they recommended someone. I had a good experience in my first visit but this just voids that good visit. If you decide to go with them, make sure to ask every question and find out everything before hand so there's no surprised later.

The day prior to going to the ER I went to Premier and saw "Doctor" Hale, explained the horrible headaches I had been having without letup, slurred speech issues, typing issues - and he gave me an ibuprofen shot and sent me on my way with no follow up. He said he would call to discuss the emailed blood work results with a phone call - nada. The ER doctors were absolutely appalled at the zero interest/lack of concern about the cause of the headaches, which was easily determined with a simple CT scan. I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. I know how to check a background, I know what a thorough exam and appointment is, and I know what rushing a patient through in order to see more patients a day for money means to the patient. I had a great doctor in Dallas (Dr. Bonnet) and I could not find a satisfactory one after moving to Austin that met my scrupulous checks & desire for excellence. At other offices I was rushed through appointments, kept waiting endlessly due to overbooking, or not questioned well during the appointment or answered thoroughly...or not called back when I had a question or needed something or had to get a refill, etc... Dr. Browining is unique & wonderful!! And I thank the above posters who allowed me to finally find him! You are not only never kept waiting for much time at all, he is amazingly smart in discussions, he is so thorough in questions and answers that you feel you are his only patient... He has state-of-the-art equipment. He is caring, thorough, and beyond impressive. I've already recommended him and immediately gotten the response back that he was an incredible doctor who spends a great deal of time to ensure you are cared for. He will not schedule unecessary procedures or cram patients in as so many doctors do when a monetary business becomes a goal over care...yet, like today when I needed an ultrasound, (which is what made me think to write this), he ensures I immediately get the care needed.
