That comment will always sit with me.) I called around 2 PM Friday trying to take care of a bill. I was told I would get a call back at 4:30 PM because the office person was out. That call never came. So I called back at 5 PM and was told they were not going back into the office. It was already 5:05 and I was told I would have to wait until Monday. I asked what the overnight charge would be and was told $15.00. I asked if that charge could be waived because I had called earlier that day to settle the payment, and I explained this was for a nonprofit organization doing our best to use local businesses. By Monday morning, somehow that turned into $45 a night for a nonprofit. That part really did not sit right with me. Sadly, one of our young homeless youth witnessed how the interaction ended. She leaned over and said, "If you were a man, that guy would have never talked to you that way." That comment will always sit with me. Women, always know where your voice is and speak up. If that means taking it further, do it. Whether that is through the New Mexico Public Regulation Commission or the New Mexico Department of Transportation. And don't get me started on the 4% credit card fee charge for a debit card!!!

I sent them the estimate, and before my car even arrived, they had already ordered & received the parts and were ready to get to work. Once my car got there, they completed the entire repair in just four days. After waiting over two months at the previous shop, that level of efficiency was incredible. I'm extremely particular about my car because it's custom, and I've done all of the modifications myself. Honest 1 understood that. They kept my car inside the shop, treated it with care, and were professional from start to finish. They even stayed late on the final day to make sure everything was completed so I could pick it up as earlier stated as a possible finish date. Lenny found a spot on the windshield that no one else could see and wiped both inside and out to make sure there wasn't any dirt/smear/smudge left. The real reason I took the truck there was to clean the weeks worth of bugs on the grill. Let me tell you, no place we've been to previously has ever been so thorough in cleaning. When we asked where the mechanic was, we were told he was fueling his truck. Then, she didn't know where he was and couldn't get a hold of him. However, he was on the way. She said his service was spotty. We were charged a fee, due to the distance, prior to them heading our way. We asked for a refund and cancellation, and she refused stating he had already used a "tank of gas". Krissy had a habit of not responding to texts but answering when we called. Highly encourage people not to use this. We believe it is a scam, or at the very least a shitty service with poor communication skills between a dispatcher and mechanic. We have included screenshots of messages. There is no time stamp. We waited 3-4 hrs in the cold desert night for a no show. And they charged me first before coming out which is terrible business practice. Sending fake invoices too claiming he came out when he DID not. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GET SCREWED OVER.
