Being a "larger" gentleman, I appreciate that they stock extended sizes. My most recent visit to this store came about two weeks after a visit to the Pleasant Prairie outlet. The workers at this store were much nicer, and the store was much more organized. You know how on the racks for men's pants, they have those rings with the waist size? At this store, the 38" pants are actually in the 38" section! So are the 40" waist pants! Imagine that, you almost never see that. I scored some really nice button-down sports shirts for summer here for less than $20 each. Totally what I was looking for at a great price! dress-pants or suit separate pants can usually be found in the $30-40 range. Just be careful that there are also "non-clearance" items on offer. You may think you are getting a great deal, but a pair of boring khaki shorts should never cost over $40 "on-clearance". In general, Van Heusen is my go-to for middle-aged white-guy business-casual clothes to wear at the office. Hoo-ray!

It's clean, easy to navigate, and has a great mix of stores--whether you're looking for budget-friendly deals or brand-name finds. I've scored amazing pieces at places like Nike, Old Navy, and Bath & Body Works (and the clearance racks be rackin' ). One thing I really appreciate is that it's not overwhelming. It's a chill shopping experience with wide walkways, plenty of parking, and restrooms that are actually easy to find and clean. It's not a "huge" mall, but it's just right when you want to get out, walk around, and treat yourself without driving too far or dealing with crowds. Great for quick stops or a slow weekend browse. Definitely a go-to for our household!

And not having been in a few years, I can see that it is considerably smaller yet due to the number of closures at the mall. There are easily a half-dozen empty storefronts here, and the buildings themselves are definitely not being kept up, either. I do not think this mall will be around in a couple years unless management steps in and revitalizes it. Don't even get me started on the danger of trying to cross the street between the two sides of the development, either as we witnessed multiple cars run the stop sign in our short time there.

The amount refunded from my order was less than what I "thought" it should be/what I paid for them, so I assumed it was because of the kohl cash I received for my order was factored in. I had no idea, until I went to use my Kohls cash today, that it was invalid. The associate in Johnson creek that handled my returned did not mention my Kohls cash was no longer valid. This is very poor customer service and I feel like I was totally "ripped off".

Everything is neatly placed (and hasn't been looked through), very few people are in the store and there are plenty of staff available to help you if you need it. When I think of outlet, I think of bargain prices and I would not categorize this as bargain prices. However, they usually always have sales going on and if you are a Gap/Old Navy/Banana Republic Card holder there are usually more deals that you can get as far as percentage off. Shopping clearance in this store is hit or miss on how great the deals are. I have found that if you hit the store just right you can walk out with some clothes marked down to a couple of bucks. However, you usually have to be able to wear XS and XL to get these great deals as most of the M and L sizes are gone and be willing to wear last seasons clothes. They have a decent baby/kids section and there are always good deals in there. For me personally, Gap is the place I like to get my jeans as they usually fit the best. They are comfortable and when you get them on a great deal really can make it worth the trip. If you are at Johnson Creek, check it out and you might just find a great deal you can't pass up.

My track record with sunglasses is not great so spending $30 on a pair was a bit nerve-racking for me but I've had these suckers for almost three years now and they are still in great shape. Since we were at the outlet mall I thought we should take a look to see if they had any similar styles for a similar price so I had a backup pair. Upon entering the store, I thought it was odd that there was no one greeting us. We looked at the sunglasses, decided between a couple pairs and then narrowed it down to one. From there we wandered through some of the racks and not seeing anything else of interest, went up to the registers to pay. Or so we thought; there was no one at the front and frankly no one in sight at all. I looked around for a couple minutes, hoping whoever actually worked there would appear but no such luck. I ended up leaving the sunglasses on the register and walking out.

What makes this location nice is that the music is not the blaring untz-untz-untz most CK locations play, and the staff are not at all snotty. The women's clearance area wasn't very full, but my boyfriend found almost everything he bought in the men's clearance. I can't complain - 40% off is pretty great for current styles. Despite buying at the outlet, we were still awarded Super Cash and the items are returnable to their regular retail storefronts. Like their other stores, there are some red-tag clearance items that are at final markdown and non-returnable, but it says so on the tag and, at least in our case, the cashier asked my boyfriend if he had tried the shirt on and explained that it was final sale. He hadn't tried it on, but since it was his size and came out to $3 (down from a tag price of $29.99) he felt comfortable taking a gamble. As someone who shops at Old Navy for most things (you can find the other half of my wardrobe at Target), this store alone makes the trek out to JC worth it.
