Husband takes back to store, she says they'll try to get me a new one or I can pick from what they have there. I don't like the colors so I wait. A MONTH goes by with no word. She posts the remaining pullovers on sale (bc they're the colors nobody wants) and I message asking about mine...her response? You can have one of the ones in store but monogramming is extra.
