I would rather hire a 2 year old to represent me in the last 8 months he's came to court 2 times and didn't Even speak up for the last 3 months the state has put a offer on the table 3 years prison or drug court my wife chose drug court she was suppose to get a evaluation done now the lawyer has to set it up he never does my wife has called her self multiple times to set it up they wont let her. We have called his office multiple times never a call back we go to court to day and drug court is now not an option we must go to trial he didn't even speak up for her letting them know it was his fault now we got trial on monday that gives us 4 days to prepair I ask him what he knows about her case he said he hadn't read her file then looks at me and say ( who the FUCK are u ) now thats very unprofessional so now my wife has to go to trial monday with no help if she looses she's facing 15 years for something she not guilty of.All because this lawyer can't do his nob . I needed to return home to Connecticut but needed to find an attorney from Florida before leaving.. Unfortunately, I selected William Chanfrau, Jr.; a rude, arrogant, dishonest, and unprofessional lawyer. He made promises he did not keep, refused to accept my recollection of the accident, and treated me with little to no respect. I could not work with this man! Eventually I went to another attorney with whom I was able to establish a respectful rapport. I was grateful to be listened to, trusted, and cared for. He was with a large, well know legal firm, but he took such good care of me for which I am so grateful. The tenant was too high to make it to his first deposition and once my attorney questioned him, he alleged the entire case rested on mold in his shower. " did you ever once try cleaning your shower?" , my attorney asked. "Nah" , said the pimp. After his shakedown fell apart, Rotstein begged me for just $5000 to avoid court. I told him I would go to his parking lot and light $10,000 on fire in front of his shop before I gave him a penny. They dropped the case right before our first appearance in front of a judge.
