Mike the owner came out and initially quoted a price of $400-$600 for the job and when they arrived they raised the price of the job to $1,000, which I was not happy about but agreed to. They only had room for some of my items since they came with the truck already half full and they said I would have call and schedule another pickup for the rest of the items. After they finished loading the items on the first day, they demanded that the job be paid in full for both pickups before they left. After I paid the $1,000 and scheduled a second pickup, different workers came and insisted on an additional $650 after all the items were already loaded onto the truck. When I refused to pay more since this was the third time they were now trying to change the price, they dumped everything in my driveway. They have a shady practice of loading trucks loosely, sending different workers, and trying to extract more money, even after you've paid in full. Beware!

We showed up there with bags containing 200 plastic and can bottles hoping that they would trust our count was correct. The guy saw my husband whip out his notepad with his calculations and that was clearly enough for him to take our bags and give us cash. I can not say they will do that for everyone and they may get upset if people read this and show up like we did but I don't care....they are professional and have always been nice on the phone and in person. One thing I will say is that you may find some less than fortunate people turning in bottles as well but don't be put off, they don't seem to bother anyone and look to be regulars. We recently had tons of bottles accumulated in our basement and thought it would be such a pain to bring down there until I remembered seeing on their site they had pick ups for certain amounts. I called and asked what the minimum pick up amount was. I scheduled it and my husband handled everything with them. He said they were very cool and friendly, helped him with the bottles and handed him the cash and receipt. They focus on estate cleanouts and the job I had was pretty big with a small window in clearing out all the junk. You can see they have done this before in their organization and execution.
