It is well organized which makes it very easy to shop. The prices are very reasonable and they offer military discounts. Overall, I think what I enjoyed the most was the exceptional customer service of all the employees from the cashier to the people on the floor. They will help you out and find anything you need. I've been looking for rocking chairs that we're not displayed in the store and Jimmy went out of his way to look in the back and found some for me. Unfortunately, less than a year later, the new carpet already needs to be replaced. Remarkably, our old carpeting looked much better than the replacement. The carpet manuafacturer had a a very limited warranty that expired before the issues became apparent. Carolina Carpet and Floors does not offer any further guarantees or warranties on the carpet they sell, providing coverage only for their installation workmanship. After installation, we experienced several issues with the new carpet. Many of these problems are now concealed by rugs we purchased as a temporary solution until we can afford to replace the carpet again. The main concerns include: * The carpet is coming apart at the seams and edges. * There is significant wear in all traffic areas. * The carpet picks and ravels easily. * It is barely durable enough to withstand regular vacuuming or steam cleaning. We brought these issues to the attention of Carolina Carpet and Floors. The only recourse they offered was a discount if we chose to purchase our replacement carpet from them--a purchase that would come with the same limited guarantee, should we select another product of similar quality. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision when considering Carolina Carpet and Floors.
