John came to my home, and examined and inspected the entire home, attic to basement. He sat with me and my Wife and explained to use and showed us what exactly was needed and why. At no point did John pressure us or trick us into buying anything we didn't need or want. Once everything was agreed upon, John showed up, with his crew, and again went over everything that needed to be done. I basically had to have the whole system redone due to age and poor installation. John and his crew replaced everything and took their time and did the job. At the end of every working day, the crew would clean up, to the point that you would never know they were even there. After the installation, everything works amazingly. I would highly recommend Scarpelli Mechanical to do any a/c and heating job you need.

Not Happy: Due to the Fed admin making mistakes in the middle east (spring 2026) Oil prices…read moreJumped months ago. Therefore I called and turned off my contract with Swezeys May 2026 , because it was uncertain what the prices would do. Today (late Aug 2026) I come home and they were pumping oil into my tank (!!!!!). I tried to stop them. "To Late" the man tells me. He leaves the bill for hundreds of dollars. I bill I did not anticipate, and did not set aside money to pay. I call and get someone on the phone,,,,,after explaining..they try to sell me a "plan"...UGH. I ask for a manager. I explain everything again. I get another person who wants to sell me a plan. No attempt at fixing their mistake. Their logic: I must pay for it. So here are my choices: pay market price TODAY at 5.49/gallon....and break what they consider to be a contract that is in effect (which they can charge hundreds of dollars for leaving the contract)...or renew at 4.99/gallon. Reminder I called in May and terminated this contract! Funny, they have a record of the call..but not my request to terminate. So, in their view..the CONTRACT IS STILL IN EFFECT. Does this feel like COERCION to you??? It does to me. They force me into a decision either way. I would rather go with another company but they already pumped hundreds of gallons into my tank..and offer no way to pull it out. I am deeply dissapointed in Swezey. I'd like to know who is running things but the only people i get in person are salespeople...so I think WE ALL KNOW WHAT THAT MEANS: They are like every big company...screw people out of money, leave them no choice and hire minimum wage employees to handle the anger. LOVELY. JUST LOVELY. Stay away. They have cost me hundreds. Stop enriching these people. They'll only use their profits to do bad things to you, like they did to me.

After moving in , within 3 days my oil burner was making noise. I called a tech and he said not only was the burner loud but he condemned the boiler. It was in severe building code violation, when he called Michele she said no way she was going to tell owner to repair and to turn the unit back on. Tech refused and left. Fire Dept came out and said the same. Come to find out there is no Town Permit for a rental, it is an illegal rental, Had the Town come out and they called in Fire Marshall,Department of Health and Hazmat for an oil leak. Since the landlord chose to not fix the issue when we called , he ignored our texts and phone calls,. We have a disabled child living in the home with no heat or hot water. Michele and the landlord will be fined severely. Michele took our money , landlord is refusing to give back and she threatened to call CPS on me. STAY AWAY FROM ANY LISTING MICHELE IS OFFERING AT BEST DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THE PROPERTY BEFORE YOU GIVE HER MONEY.
